Tommy's Story: Tommy is a half-blood wizard, born to a muggle mother and a magic bearing father. Despite this unique gift, his father and mother are both dairy farmers who have worked hard to teach Tommy the importance of hard work and patience. Tommy also has an older brother who seems to, so far, have no magical capabilities. So, it was quite the surprise for Tommy's family when Tommy discovered he had magic. This was even a shock to him, for not every child can accidentally cause the family cat to float when excited. This was right around his eleventh birthday (basically right on time), and soon enough he had received his letter to attend Hogwarts. Although Tommy was quite certain he'd be stuck becoming a farmer, he is now set on becoming friends with dragons.

Tommy's Actions: Not only is Tommy a loyal friend, but he is also a patient friend. However, patience doesn't mean he isn't stubborn. His family used to claim he could just be a lawyer rather than take over the boring dairy farm. Tommy can argue for quite a while. His arguments do not mean he is rude, though. Tommy is a very timid, shy, and sweet boy who only wishes to make friends and make his family proud. Overall, Tommy is someone who enjoys seeing others smile, even when he isn't smiling himself. It might take him some time to come out of his shell, but he really does hope he can make life long friends at Hogwarts.
