Late Night Adventure
Leave it all behind, give up. I tell myself this a thousand times. My astronomy work isn’t gonna get done in this class period. I’m too tired. I sit on the edge of the astronomy tower, writing in my journal and dozing off. It isn’t long before I fall unconscious. Someone scares me awake and I almost fall off the edge. I turn, my face red with burning rage. “ANYONE EVER TELL YOU NOT TO DO SUCH A STUPID THING?!” I yell, throwing my textbook at the person. It hits them and they look at me. I get up, grabbing my textbook and moving away from them to the opposite side of the astronomy tower.
A few minutes later, they decide it’s a great idea to bother me. They talk to their friends and stuff about me. I’ve just about had enough of this person. When they call me a Mudblood, that was the last straw. I get up, slam my books down on the floor and pull my wand from my back pocket. My classmates stop and look at me. “I am a pure blood witch. If you so much as think that I’m gonna sit around and let you call me such a pathetic term, you better think twice.” I growl. My friend comes and restrains me. My rage is so great, I can’t even tell who it is. They pull me out of the classroom, arms restrained behind my back. They let me go and pull me into a hug. After they release me, I notice it’s...
