Clearing my Mind
It was a long while before Aubrey realized just how far she had wandered from the castle of Hogwarts school... She was way out past curfew and was clueless as to how bad the punishment would be, had she been caught.
Nevertheless, Aubrey found herself along the trail, leading up to the Quidditch fields. Unafraid of the darkness nor the creatures that camouflage in and of it. Her mind was floating near the stars, her eyes led her direction, and her feet guided her carefully along the dirt-encased trails.
Finally as she reached the low fields of the game that took place in the sky, Aubrey took a look to where she was and smiled at her surprise... She didn't remember walking as far as the Quidditch Pitch... As she discovered her new surroundings, she looked straight up to the sky, noticing how small she was in the gigantic field of Quidditch. Aubrey was very instantly comfortable with both; Being so tiny and watching the stars as they smiled back at her. She laid down in the comfortable, fresh, soft grass and just stared while she thought.
Done with finals, over the stress, and forgetting the looks and feels of stacks of homework... All the things that boxed Aubrey in, now she let them go. That is what brought her to this sporting field at such an hour as this. Freedom, comfort, quiet, and peace... The only thing to make it better would be to add another to share this moment, Aubrey often thought of others and hoped the best for them...
