Appearance: Georgia is slightly taller than average for girls of her age, standing at approximately 4'6". She has a slim and active build, used to running around outside and climbing trees. Her skin is pale and white, and she has bright, blue eyes. Her hair is brown and falls in loose, uneven waves to her mid-back. Georgia typically wears her hair in a messy ponytail if she doesn't wear it loose, and she prefers trousers to skirts.

Personality: Georgia, first and foremost, has a lot of belief in herself. She has always thought that she is destined for greatness or fame, even before she discovered she was a witch. Her Hogwarts invitation only cemented that belief. She is a headstrong and ambitious individual, with a courageous drive to pursue her own destiny, no matter the consequences. For Georgia, being boring would be a far worse crime than being disliked. She has a tendency to push herself to the limit, and often sweeps others along for the ride. Others might describe her as arrogant, although it would be more accurate to say that she's brash and a little self-absorbed; she has a tendency to forget that she isn't the star of everyone's lives, merely her own.

Thankfully, Georgia is not a cruel or malicious individual who sees others as a stepping stone to greatness. She does care for her friends, if she can look past herself for a second to see their own struggles. She might be hurt if one of them called her out on her behaviour, but she'd accept it and appreciate it as an opportunity to grow. Once you've earned her friendship, Georgia is fiercely loyal, and she won't allow others to harm her friends. This might get her in trouble on more than one occasion, seeing as she might be spoiling for a fight. She also has a strong adventurous streak, causing her to seek out new experiences and opportunities. Overall, she is positive and upbeat, trying to see the best in a bad situation and reassuring her friends when things go wrong.

History/Background Story: Georgia was born and raised in Winchester, England. Her family are distinctly non-magical: her father, William, is a local historian; her mother, Christina, is a librarian and archivist at the University of Winchester; and her older brother, Adam, wishes to be a doctor. Although her relationship with her family is mostly positive, Georgia has always been seen as an outlier and an underachiever, who spends too much of her time in a fantasy world and too little time preparing for her future. Her grades were not terrible, but they were average; Georgia's interest has never been in structured academics. She would rather be daydreaming, creating art, or running around in the countryside.

Unlike her parents, Georgia has always known she is special. She initially believed that she would become a singer or an actress--or, preferably, a singer-actress-dancer triple threat--that would take the world by storm, but the arrival of her Hogwarts invitation dramatically changed that. Her family were sceptical at first, but after a visit from Hogwarts staff, they accepted that it was real. If nothing else, they felt, it explained the freak accident at her school, when the glass windows of her classroom had shattered after Georgia screamed.

Georgia's life has, thus far, been relatively ordinary, but she hopes that Hogwarts will change that.
