Solo

Donny had decided that, considering the fact that he'd finished all his homework so far, he would go out and spend some of his saved up money. He walked into the shop, mesmerized by all of the brooms, and merchandise on display. Pretty much everyone in the shop was goggling at the Varapidos. He remembered reading about the exact Brazilian match in 2014. He wished he'd had that broom, but he had nowhere near 240 galleons to his name! Besides, his favorite team was the Chudley Cannons, and he had his eye out for something similar. He passed a round display table, full of Omnioculars, equipped to find a view and keep its lenses focused on the one player. He'd only dreamed of using a pair at the world cup!

He decided he had no hope looking at all the things he couldn't afford, and went up front to the cheap stuff. He looked in the bins and shelves labeled "Under 5 galleons". He glanced at all of the flags, and scarves, and badges-badges! He spotted it, the Chudley Cannons badge, and only 3 sickles and 7 knuts! He jogged up to the counter, and he looked into the wrinkled face of an old witch who seemed to be the cashier. 

"One Chudley Cannons badge please!" he asked excitedly, waiting eagerly for the gift. The witch carelessly waved her birch wand, and a wooden drawer pulled open. The shiny badge flew up into the air, and into a brown paper box. The witch closed the box, and with another wave of her wand tied a big red ribbon up at the top.

"Thank you for purchasing at Quality Qudditch Supplies" she said very dully. "Come again..." she continued with a breath. Donny had no time to hesitate, and he grabbed the box from the counter, skipping out of the shop, accomplished.He stopped abruptly at the front of the door, and struggled with the ribbon to unravel the wrapping paper. He opened the box, a note popping out, 'Official Chudley Cannons Merch store' Donny pulled out the felt, and out came a shiny, metal badge! He wasted no time opening up the pin and placing it proudly on his new Hogwarts robes!
