Stumple over a new friend PV Closed

Alex shivered as he looked around, his already pale full pink lips paler than usual. His pale skin was almost blending in with the snow. He was quite the handsome boy. He was quite small for his age, standing at 4’5 (he got his mother’s height, she only got to 5’1) and had beautiful dark brown almost black eyes. His black hair was over one eye and he had a white beanie on. His uniform was covered by a heavy winter jacket. He saw his breath hit the air, looking like smoke. He brushed some of his hair out of his face with his delicate hands and kept walking. You may be wondering, why was he just walking on the grounds with no purpose? No, he did have a purpose for it. He just wanted to get away from everything at the moment. He tried not to get stressed, but it was inevitable. His ears perked up as he heard a voice singing. Singing. One of the things he loved to do. He started walking faster towards the sound and stopped when he saw a person singing in, what was it, Vietnamese? The person stopped singing and Alex clapped with a smile. ”That was very good.” he said with his soft voice. Some people would call it attractive, but not to him, it was just a voice, people.

Cecilia was deep in his thought, thinking of the song’s meaning while singing it. His cheeks and nose had a pink color as the cold blows hit his skin. The song was sang softly, the light male voice gently faded as his eyes staired aimlessly at the void. 
“Huh!?” Cecilia joilted as he heard a clapping sound from behind, as a soft voice complimented: 
“That was very good”
His clouded eyes widen in surprised as he tilted his head in the voice direction, his long curly hair covered almost half of his face when he turned around. 
Oh no… God bless him because his face is blushing like someone poured ketchup on his cheeks!  He didn't focus in his surrounding, nevermind that, he would never focus on anything while he was singing. Someone… A boy heard him singing. Cecilia just wants to find a hole a hide there for the rest of his life, he has always shy to sing in front of other.
“Thank you very much! ” He said, smiling at the other kindly as he trying to ties his hair into a ponytail. In the same time, grabbing his cane and stood up to offered his hand to the other boy. Hoping that he would be a nice person!

Alex smiled at the boy with his hands in his pockets. The other boy’s face was tomato red as he turned to Alex. He was surprised to see the boy’s clouded eyes. Could he not see? The other boy had curly long hair that covered half of his face. He looked like he was about the same height as Alex, quite small. Alex brushes some of his black hair out of his face and tilted his head to the side and smiled at the other boy, although he probably couldn’t see him. He looked quite embarrassed. Alex was the same way with singing. He was always afraid of people judging him and saying he was too girlish, for his voice was higher than the average boy, he didn’t mind the range, just the people. He did have a beautiful voice, but he didn’t think so. The other boy said thank you and grabbed what seemed like a cane and also reached out a hand to the other boy. Alex chuckled a bit and grabbed it softly with his delicate one and stood in front of him. ”Your singing is really good. I’m Alex by the way. Alex Cheong, Ravenclaw house.”he said in his soft voice. He smiled slightly.

Cecilia’s embarrasment soon faded away as Cheong’s soft and friendly voice. He really likes people with soft voice, it brought him the feeling of assurance and familiar feeling since his father – Lucas has a soft and really girly voice. He himself has a soothing voice, not as soft and beautiful as Cheong’s, but softer than most kids by his age. He always got taunted by his relatives because of his voice, mostly because they’re homophobics and doesn't like him because they thought he would be just like his fathers. They're right. But he doesn't care about others judging about his gender or voice, not anymore.

Cecilia drew a bright smile on his face as he relaxed his grip on the cane.

“Thank you Cheong! I’m  Cecilia, Cecilia Deaux-Le ” He nervously said as he returned his hand “Hufflepuff!” Althought he knew that Cheong knew he was from Hufflepuff, since everything he was wearing (A school robe and a Hufflepuff scaft loosely worn on his neck ) was literally screaming ‘Hufflepuff’

“You’re going for a walk? It’s cold out here” As the redness on his face faded away, he could feel the chiling cold on his hands and face again. He was okay, the cold was nothing to him. But he was more worried about others endurance. It wasn’t his business but wep, motherly was his nature

Alex smiled down at the other boy as he introduced himself as Cecilia....Deaux-Le? Alex had gotten pretty good at pronouncing names in general, but this one would be difficult for his accent. He smiled at the other boy. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Deaux-Le," Alex said with a smile. He didn't butcher the name, thank god. He was a Hufflepuff, that was lovely. Alex eyed the cane, further proving the point that the other boy couldn't see, which wasn't a problem at all. Alex had a friend who was deaf actually, and they were a lovely person. He hadn't seen them since he moved to Britan from China, but they wrote a lot, and Alex might see him when he goes to China for summer break. Alex hadn't been back to China since he was 7 and his mother died, and his father decided to send Alex and his brother here to live with their uncle. He hadn't told anyone about his living situation yet. People probably wouldn't care anyway. Alex snapped out of his thoughts as the other boy asked if he was cold. He nodded. His cheeks and nose were tinted pink from the cold. "Yes, I'm afraid. I get cold easily."

"You can just call me Ceci, Deaux Le is too formal, and Cecilia is too long" He said when he heard Alex spelled his last name with some difficuilty. There're very little amount of people who got difficuilt spelling his last name, they're usually non-English speakers. Other probably wouldn't realise Alex's accent from just hearing his voice, but Cecilia could tell that Alex was probably Asian. 
"You heard me singing?" Cecilia said, that wasn't a question, just to repeat what just happened "It was Vietnamese by the way" 
Cecilia sit back where he sat before and signed a little bit unconsiously. But he stopped right away, hoped that Alex wouldn't recognize the sadness that appeared in his face. Indeed he missed his family and wanted to talk to someone, but he needn't share his little sorrow to someone he just knew.
"Your voice sounds so soothing, do you sing Alex?" He said, distracted himself from his bad homesick feeling with the curiousity about his potential new friend, Alex has a really good voice and since he hadn't join any singing club, Cecilia wanted to have a friend who could sing or at least talk with him about music. His question had a little bit of hope in it

Alex's eyes turned into crescents as he smiled at the other boy. This would be much easier for him to pronounce. "Alright, Ceci it is. Call me Alex." he said. His stupid accent prevented him from saying Deaux Le right, god dang it. He looked back at Ceci as he asked if Alex knew it was Vietnamese he was singing. He nodded. "Yep, and you're good at it. And I did recognize the language as Vietnamese, yes." he said. His face went a little red as Ceci said his voice was soothing. Was it? he never really thought about it. I mean, his mother used to have a soothing voice when she was alive, maybe he inherited it? He shook out of his thoughts and answered his question. O-oh, thank you, and yes, I do sing, I don't know if I should join any clubs, I'd probably be the worst one there. I love music, I always have. I play the piano, sing, play the violin, and play the guitar. Music and acting revolve around me actually," he said with a small giggle. "What about you? I can tell that you sing of course, but do you do anything else? he asked.
