Bing compatibility

I might be using bing wrong (since I don't use bing as my primary app), but I just wanted to confirm if the site was made to be ning compatible or not? As the bottom bar of the app pushes the bottom bar of the site which reduces the amount of main page accessible.

So like in the screenshot, I can't scroll further down to access staff forums for example. Similarly in threads, the bottom part where the back button, reply button, page number and page change options are just barely visible.

Tldr: wanted to know if it's bing compatible as I'm curious
