_____That exact day at the starting change of seasons, Millie have no plan to go elsewhere beside her common room after the classes for today has ended. However, there's something nudges her habit to change course to the west tower rather than directly to Ravenclaw's tower. She wondered herself why. There's only an owlery in the west tower. She rarely got a letter too, although her parent's letters sent from nearby post office still came just in time on her hand. She have no relative whatsoever that will sent her one too, especially if they are a wizard because the only wizard relative she knew is already in the heaven.
_____Nevertheless, Millie set foot there as well. Witnessing such a huge place of an owl house. Without her realizing it, she already took a step further inside and to, yet another, spiral stairs ended up to a balustrade. She get up and up, until she finally reached the top of it.
_____Standing tall in the top of the owlery, Millie felt like she just seeing a city of owl beneath her. Great-horned there, tawny on the other side, short-eared just come back from its adventure, western-screech curiously observing her from its spot, and even there's a barn couple of statue! Until one barred flew closer to her with a yellowish letter on its claws, landed perfectly on the stairs' rail before her. She blinked out of confused, but the barred owl still there and stare at her as if challenging her to do staring contest. So then she took the letter out of the barred's claws. After that, as if his solely work has been done, it flew back to the outside.
_____Eagerly curious to know what this letter about or from who it's from, Millie immediately tore the paper out and reached for the written paper inside.
Here's for the little missy of Annhomestorn

If you find this letter yet have no idea who the bloody hell am I, that means he literally have done every inches of his plan to the end successfully.
_____Millie frown her brows deep. "What?" Yet still continue reading the next words scribbled on it.
I prefer to introduced myself later so just skip that part for the last. Save the best for last, you got me?

'Right! So just say I know who you are. Not really know your parents but might be your parents' parent. I even know you've being sorted to the genius, witty bluey last year ... quite laughable, to be honest, remembering how he can be such an idiot sometimes. Don't be offended, I'd just complimented you 'cause you got a different trait compared to him.

And since I mentioned that, let me give you a teeny-tiny bit brain teaser! You saw that yourself I mentioned 'him' quite dearly as if I know him very well. The answer is yes, but if you think it further, am I his friend? 50:50, huh? It would said I'm nearly a century years old if you excel on math too. But no! I'm not that old! ... At least for now. So here my question: who do you think am I and what kind of relation I have with 'him' that makes me sent you a letter at this time?

Another one! I bet you absolutely wondering how could I know you got sorted into Ravenclaw, yeah?? But no, I'm not a professor nor even worked in that school. No. I just knew. And sure! I liked to meet you face-to-face too but if I openly say where to met it'll just killed the trill, right? So, this one is a little intuition-based but just guessed: where do you think we'll meet?

I'll give you 24 hours to think before I'll send you back my owl to get your answer.
_____The girl widen her eyes. Although there is so much encrypted words written on the letter, Millie felt an urge to do whatever challenge whoever this sender had threw to her almost immediately. Right here, right now. But as the owlery getting darker with how the sky outside seems getting late by now, Millie folded the paper instead and quicken her pace to her common room.

____It still 23 hours and fifty four minutes since she received the letter from someone who absolutely knew her great-grandfather and somewhat had watched over her for some times without she realizing it where or how. She ought to be creep out, yet Millie felt motivated instead. Intrigued by whatever or whoever waiting for her to be discovered.
____So Millie just wait for the same barred owl that came for her yesterday that said to be come again to delivers another letter, now from her to whoever the owl's owner is. While doing so, the girl sat at the stair with her legs just dangled out of the railing. She looked at the paper she just written her writing on it, reconsidering her thought if she probably need to add or delete any words there.
For the kind Mister who had his own way to sent me this letter, thank you

It is astonishingly surprising to learn that there is still a person who know about my great-grandfather, whether you just know his name or more than that. It just so happens I recently found his personal belonging in my father's study. Highly likely he mentioned you there but who knows, let's just see.

For your first question: I can say you are the child of one my great-grandfather's friend. No, maybe more precisely, the best friend of his. And for the last question ... yes, let's just meet tomorrow! If I give you the answer, you can be just go there although my answer is wrong or worse you actually have no idea yourself where to.

The deadline is still 24 hours from now, Mister. Don't be too early or late.

Oh, and in addition, can you please have a nice bath and shave before our meeting? I just don't like tobacco smell or even standing near to any smokers in general. Your paper, unfortunately, have a faint smell of that contents I must washed my hands hard so nobody gets the wrong idea about me smoking. Also, although it's just three tiny pieces, I found a dark gray hair I assumed as your facial hair, presumably your beard's hair, in the bottom of your letter.
And no, Mister, I have no means for brag nor being a pompous. I just thought I need to write this so you can stopped wondering why I'd addressed you as a Mister in the first place.
____The sound of flapping wings drawing nearer makes the girl looked up to the exact same barred owl she saw yesterday. Smiling to the bird, she folded the paper and slipped it inside the letter she had prepared from her pocket. Then she gave the letter to the owl which the bird quickly took it on its grasp and immediately flew back up to its owner.
