I see you landed the Transfig position. I reckon we'll be meeting you here in Hogsmeade soon --- I understand you'll be staying in town. Probably for the best. As you may have heard, Hogwarts is, well, let's just say things haven't changed much through the years. Chaos comes to mind! Oh! I don't think we've met yet, in person anyway. But you know the McCoire family vine. News travels fast! I heard from Grandfather Argus who heard from Aunt Regina & Uncle Angus who likely heard from your ma that she signed you up for this gig!
I'm laughing only slightly, because that's largely how I got roped into Astronomy! Da said I needed to "expand my horizons". I think it has more to do with keeping an Eye on my little brothers Colin and Liam.
