Chelsea was never fond of immense events or anything akin to the sort but she was hooked on camping as she has done so before back at Venezuela with her Aunt. Well to her indifference she was requested of her very own to attend the "Ministry Summer Camp 2026" in London, at "Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry" so the people and the supposed wizard community there call it. From what she was taught it was much like Castelobruxo and other magical institutions from each continent. Taking place around August and the whole month as mentioned in the flyer. However Chelsea had took this information lighty than seriously. Fortunate enough to even remember the conversation she had with Aunt Noelle.
"So, I have to go there in the Ministry Summer Camp? For the whole month?" she asked for clarity as her words carried air
"Yes Sea, for the millionth time! Stop being so forgetful!" her aunt had shot back with irritation because of haste
"Oh but I didn't—" alas Chelsea was cut off from her Aunt
"Now please start packing! You leave first thing tomorrow!" her Aunt replied in protest for urgency
Now flash forward to the present, Chelsea planted her feet at foreign soil. London was filled with blues, not because of grievance but quite puzzled as she never wore such thick fabric for the occasion though that proved her to be corrected as it was a bright day ahead of her. She exhaled in dread as she proved to be quite a hard child who seemed like she can't utter a word unless spoken to or ordered. Never has she gotten rid of the habit that made her words cold and harsh or unless she was simply blunt. Stoic as she was she felt the petrichor filled her senses.
Surprisingly, despite her nature and lack of expression she had talent and was remarked for being a prodigy, with high accuracy and athleticism. Chelsea dismissed the comments which made her impression to be forbidding. Things certainly don't change for the young Mitzchel. With her lack of energy to be merry she was pleased to have chosen the "Magical Accidents and Catastrophes" department and for her convenience there was only one cabin labeled "Muggle's Troubles" which made navigation easier for her. But what behold inside was something otherworldly and that was a expression frankly because of how peppy the decor was, passing with flying colors.
"This'll do for now." she spoke with whimsy
"Huh, where are the cabinets?"
So it begins.

Rina didn't understand what it was with her school and sending students overseas. First Russia, then Brazil and now the UK. At least at Castelobruxo people had understood Spanish. Brits were so often monolingual that Rina had harrumphed slightly when her mamá suggested she go to summer camp in Scotland. But if she understood anything, it was that when her mamá said, with good will and warmth and her voice, that she should do something, it ought to be done.
Plus, Ros was going to be at camp. That little fact automatically made the entire situation ten times better. And there was Quidditch! Rina was itching to test her mettle and see how many scrawny people she could knock out of the sky.
She'd packed just enough to get her by, although she wasn't really sure how wizard laundry would work at a campground. (Really, she wasn't sure how wizard laundry worked in the first place, but at least here she had the soap (and Great Lake water) and could use a clothesline if needed.) She wore a nice little pair of combat boots, but her favourite flower-embroidered trainers were in her trunk just begging to be worn. For arrival at the camp, Rina had asked her mamá to braid her hair into two neat plaits, though by the time they'd arrived, flyaways had already taken over. The tank top and denim shorts she wore alongside her boots and braids offered a nod to the heat that seemed to pervade both Spain and Scotland – or likely all of Europe, if the news on the TV was anything to go by. At least here it wasn't as bad.
Getting the cabin assignment didn't take long at all! And, holy moly, the cabin she was placed in was great. So colourful, so bright, so random. Rina didn't bother to stop the giant smile from spreading across her face as she tore inside, plaits flying behind her. Instead of claiming a bed, she flopped down on one of the patchwork couches, having dropped her backpack with a thunk next to the couch.
Finally noticing the other girl inside the cabin, Rina waved from where she lay on the couch. —Hola, ¿qué tal? 'Sup?

Immersed or rather emersed in her lonesome she preferred the quiet tunes and hums of nature. Chelsea blew her tiny curls as it got in the way of her vision. Never felt bothered to look and pay attention or focus on her surroundings. Yet a presence has entered the cabin and lo and behold the door revealed another girl who most likely will make her stay at this very compartment. Very well she would not be alone in solitude.
"C'était quoi ça?" she said chewing her words
Oh the girl yes there was a girl that made herself known in a flashy way.
"Menudo horror..." she tilted with wide eyes in her mind as she wasn't going to have dramatics, perhaps introductions were to commence yet she did not feel compelled to even speak. Just this once? Spanish perhaps? Chelsea knew fluently
"Ah. ¿Estoy bien...?" she said disregarding being candid she felt indifferent. Puzzled by the energy.
"Chelsea Mitzchel. ¿Y tú?" she offered giving a prompt for the girl but it was more for herself rather than the poppy girl. She could careless about the names of others as she would've forgotten about it anyway. Yet being courteous and respectful she would revert from being a bit more lively than static this time.

French - What was that?
Spanish - What an eyesore...
Spanish - Oh. I'm fine...?
Spanish - Chelsea Mitzchel. You?

| xxxx | ![]() July had been so trying for Richard that on this day, August 1st, he had not fully recovered from his adventures. His nights were restless, his mind tormented by many questions, and his body still sore from all the physical exertion required to renovate Ms. Berrows' shop and the abandoned house. His return to Hogwarts was therefore bittersweet: he regained the ability to use his magic wand which he had missed so much, but he already missed Montrose and felt as though he hadn't enjoyed the city as he hoped to during his school year. His bag, filled with clothes and vials, floated at shoulder height, just in front of him. It floated there while the Slytherin remained in place, observing from the heights of the school walls the extent of the tents and stands set up by the Ministry. Flags symbolizing the different magical departments caught the Green’s eye, and he quickly noticed the one that interested him: the DMAC flag. He resumed his walk, his bag still floating under his guidance. He reached the department's only tent and, after introducing himself to the adult taking attendance, entered. Inside were two girls whose faces and ages he didn't recognize, although they appeared to be around his own. His gaze fell upon their belongings, where the crests of foreign schools immediately caught his eye. An international exchange? Their presence puzzled him: why were foreign schools interested in the British Ministry of Magic? “Hello,” he greeted them with mechanical politeness. He didn’t linger on them, his attention fixed on the list of registered participants. When he saw the long list of girls, he couldn’t help but grimace. No fellow Slytherin classmates. He took the initiative, immediately searching for an empty double room that would isolate him from the girls. He placed his bag on one of the two beds and, once that was done, returned to the common area to speak to the two strangers: “Welcome to Scotland. Richard, second year at Hogwarts. Are you studying the British system?” he asked with a raised eyebrow, still intrigued by their presence here. WC: 350

Location - N/AI had packed my things the night before itself and made sure tht I had everything I needed for the summer camp.
I was very excited because this was my very first summer camp. Being a first year student from Hogwarts was already very overwhelming but I couldn't miss the chance to participate in the camp.
After re checking my bag I left for the campgrounds.
As soon as I arrived I looked around excited. There were many tents set up and so many studets were arriving with their bags, most of them seemed to be from different schools.
I checked the name of my tent and walked towards it with my luggage. When I reached the tent I checked my name on the list and saw that there were a lot of girls thankfully.
I stopped at the entrance and peeked inside.
There were already three other students in there. I looked at them for a moment and realized that I did not know any of them, so I felt a little nervous.
I took up the courage and walked inside. I smiled at them holding my bag a little tighter.
"Hello everyone! I'm Penelope Kneen, first year from Hogwarts.
I stayed at the entrance and looked around the tent, it felt so wonderful to be finally here.
I looked back at the three students with a small smile and continued "I'm so excited to spend time with you all during the camp."
I took a deep breath, still standing at the entrance waiting for someone to say something.
I was ready for my first summer camp."Magic can make anything happen. It reveals itself only to those who have eyes to see it"

This was Alejandros' first-ever summer camp. He hadn't had the sort of childhood that involved them, but he thought he was excited to try it. At least, he was excited to spend the rest of his summer with Rina, even if it was another month away from his mamá.
His English was better than his half-sister's, but it still wasn't very good and coming to Hogwarts, that worried him. They didn't have classes on Spanish or French as far as he knew. When he couldn't communicate well, too slow to understand what was being said to him or unable to find the words he needed to respond, he ended up in situations he didn't want to be in, like playing a violent game of capture the flag. Admittedly, he wasn't very good at saying no even in his first language, but that wasn't the point.
He didn't understand why the camp was structured like the Ministry of Magic -- weren't camps supposed to be fun, not like jobs? -- but he followed along to get his cabin assignment. He didn't really mind where he ended up, as long as he was with Rina. The Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes might not seem like a very good fit for Ros, but he could be something of a walking magical accident and catastrophe himself (he did not tell this joke to Rina) and he didn't think his family would be too upset he didn't join a Magical Law Enforcement tent, but it was hard to be sure. He trailed after Rina on the way there, eyeing all the other tents and people he passed. Camp was a sort of chaos.
And so was the tent. He pushed open the flap and was slammed by a burst of colors, primarily swatches in his favorite orange. It was busy, not at all like the carefully curated decor of the Espinosa estate, and already occupied by four other people: Rina, of course, quick to get comfortable on the patchwork couch; a tall girl with curly brown hair looking semi-aloof; a dark-haired boy who seemed quite sure of his presence; and another girl, also dark-haired and standing right by the entrance, so that Alejandros had to step to the side to come in. Everyone seemed held in the terrible clutches of uncertain introductions. "Hello. I am Alejandros Espinosa." His accent was obvious, but this much he could say easily in English. He smiled at them, willing it to reach his eyes. He didn't want to seem rude.
Instead of standing by the entrance, he braved the awkward walk across the space to the couch and to Rina. It felt better to be next to her. He set his trunk down carefully and then perched on the arm, clasping his hands in his lap. Maybe she could handle most of the talking? Though he could try to translate, if needed. What were they even supposed to talk about? "You watched the World Cup?" he asked his tentmates, then winced. That probably wasn't something most wizards had done. His family certainly hadn't, and he'd had to go watch it with Rina and have her explain all the rules, but it had been great fun once he knew what was happening. The moment Spain had won, that shared celebration and how alive the streets had been, was the highlight of his summer so far, easily.

Avalon found herself standing outside of a cabin on the Hogwarts grounds. A bag hung over her shoulder and a small labradorite rock clutched tightly in her right hand. The rock did not hold too much importance to the girl, instead acting as a way for her to ground herself as it was rolled around her palm. Her hair was pulled into a pair of space buns, pulling it away from her face and the back of her neck, although it had already begun to fall apart. The girl’s favorite shirt hung on her frame, small embroidered flowers and bees adorning it, similar bee pins stuck to the pocket of her overalls. Avalon felt confident in her outfit, but not in her ability to socialize, especially with the number of changes happening around her. Anxious thoughts ran through her mind. Would people think she was weird? Would she be able to make any friends? Avalon was stressing herself out so much that her normal blonde hair had shifted to a dull shade of blue-grey. It would eventually return to the natural blonde shade, but for now it was showing her anxiety to everyone around her. She knew she could not stay outside the cabin forever, so with one deep breath and a squeeze to the rock in her hand, she made her way into the cabin. “Hello.” Avalon raised her hand slightly in greeting as her voice cracked slightly, forcing her to clear her throat before introducing herself. “I am Avalon.” |

One by one the cabin was starting to look like compact and tight which Chelsea did not have a preference for, she's just kept to herself. However her Aunt Noelle insisted she'd be expressive with her feelings and gave her a diary, typical but she could make use of jotting down her grievances about anything and everyone. Was it a diary though? That will be unveiled once she gets ahold of her belongings soon after she gets through the newcomer. There was a pattern she regonized instantly.
Noticing the majority were Hogwarts students, she believed she was in the minority. The lass couldn't find a answer as to how many more children will come. There was a chance that there could be more coming and she was correct on that fact because what was once one multipled in two not including her of course.
The raven haired boy who just arrived here, seemed like he already was from the Ministry itself and inquired about their stay and business in United Kingdom. Amused by his statement of "studying the british system." Chelsea turned her body and walked a bit closer.
"If you can call it that." she said plainly
Others came forward pushing their steps towards the door and the wooden flooring became much more filled deleting the spacious interior of the cabin itself. She waited for their greetings and introductions out of courtesy.
The lass cleared her throat
"I'm Chelsea Mitzchel. Castelobruxo." she replied with a airy tone to the lot
Chelsea never was fond with dragging her introduction but she presumed she might as well disregard her middle name "Liezel" her Aunt would've been offended by her choice and decision to not include it but she'd rather not dwell on personal details about herself purely her preference.
"Hm. The feeling is mutual Ms.Kneen." she said in response to Penelope's enthusiasm
