Hierarchy

The head of the United Species: (Me) Representing Metamorphosis
second in command=(The first ten people to owl me get to be a candidate(voted upon))
The council(Species'/Representatives)
The Bank=(First five people to owl me for this position are canidates)
Members= All people who use the points and follow the rules

What is the bank? Basically when a person chooses to donate some money they can send me potato peels and then send a ss on this form to prove that they did and when a new program needs to be funded it's funded by the U.Sp it will be from that fund

4. Donations need to be agreed upon by the representative of your species/power
