I assume this is a bug. I can still access content by highlighting, it is just visually difficult.

have what seems to be the same bug so I'm replying here. Haven't been able to intentionally replicate it on any page/post/draft, I got it while drafting a post. Functionally not bothersome/urgent in my instance, just recording it here for reference.

Highlighted in the second screenshot because uploads on-site reduce the quality to where the black text is unreadable. For added readability the text is as follows:
