Mental Description: Zoe Hoang is a polite, quiet, and well-behaved young girl. She is always curious about the world around her, so she enjoys reading books. She is gentle and also kind too. While she is shy if she is meeting strangers, she is incredibly loyal to her friends. She is quite emotionally stable.

Biography: Zoe Hoang is a pure-blood witch who grew up in a comfortable home. Her parents were also pure-blooded. There were arguments here and there but overall her family was quite normal. Her mom works as a clerk in one of the shops in Diagon Alley. And her father is a Healer at St. Mungo's.

First Instance of Magic: Her first accidental, wandless magical experience occured when she was 9 and playing in her family's garden. She found a pretty little flower. But it was withered and dead. She felt pity for the flower, then suddenly the flower came back alive. She was so shocked, she dropped the flower immediately and the flower withered again.
