I want to know if we can have 2 different shops open at the same time. For example, one of my shop is about everything and the other is about different styles of banners.

You cannot have 2 different threads for each shop, but you are more than welcome to combine the 2 shops into 1

The only way to have more than one shop at the same time is when you have a PC and iNPC account. That’s what I’ve done, but be aware that one of the shops may go inactive depending on who wants to buy from what of your shops.
