My name is Amelie Quince and I am a New first year Ravenclaw. I am excited to meet new people and participate in activities! I enjoy reading and writing, history and theater. I love all animals (especially dogs!). I dislike hate of any kind (for example bullying, etc.). I really hope I can make new friends and explore the wizarding world farther. I grew up in a small house on the outskirts of Dublin, Ireland where I live with my mother, father and little brother. My mother is a pure blood whereas my father is a muggle. My family has been really supportive through my transition into Hogwarts and I couldn't be luckier to have a family like them. I am really nervous going into a place I have only read about and never experienced. I hope I can just to the change quickly and easily. I am most looking forward to starting the history of magic class because I have found that I have a lot of questions about all history topics and I find the subject very entertaining. The class I am most nervous for is potions because I have seen bad things happen when my mother or her magical friends mess up (for example instead of the potion turning yellow a puff of smoke crowds the room). If anyone has any tips to give me I will accept them gladly!
