Description of the problem :
While completing the sorting ceremony, some newly validated users are directed to an error message and are unable to complete the sorting. This specific user was given the error message when given the option dynamic, ambitious, and curious.

I have completed an audit of all players validated in the past week. While it is possible that some of these users have simply not logged back into the site or were not redirected to the sorting ceremony (an occasional, rare bug that occurs when a player refreshes at a specific time) I have listed all members who are validated but unsorted and have logged in since their validation to find a live example to evaluate.

I have also sent a communication to these members to contact staff, so some may be resolved, but myself or another staff person will update this thread if any action to manual resolve is taken.

In testing, I managed Lorenzo Delane, I attempted to sort them with the force sort first and got the following error.



I was able to remedy this by adding the year first, but in case the error code is relevant.

I had this same issue just in case it's relevant! It "fixed" itself by me refreshing the page a million times, and then I guess it just sorted me into a random house!

It should be fixed now. Sorry about that, an update of PHP version (the language used by the forum) broke a function.
