I just finished reading the IC rules that could give you detention if you don't comply them, and had a question about the last 2 I think? The ones about not smoking/drinking alcohol/drugs in school grounds. I reckon Hogsmeade doesn't count as that, right? So, older students could idk smoke in Hogsmeade? But do iNPC schools also have something or somewhere similar if older students sneak in alcoholic drinks or cigarettes?
