Fawkes was wandering around the castle after class. It was a rather boring day today as nothing had happened. However sometimes the most boring days lead to some of the most curious thoughts. Such as today. With nothing much going on, it meant that Fawkes was left to her own thoughts which tended to spiral into a multitude of questions.
Currently her question was based on the large rise of couples around Hogwarts. She had seen so many of them especially during the ball. It got her thinking, what was it like to be in love? Was it a diffrent feeling? Was it the same feeling but more? Or was it all in a person's head? Since she had never had a crush herself, she couldn't understand how exactly it worked. She was determined to find out how though.
She sat down in the courtyard at one of the benches and took out a notebook and pen. She began making noted about what she knew about love so far. She made a seperate columns for hypotesis and conclusions as well. She was going to take this like a scientific experiment and use that to find the result to her question on what was love.
