Gloria is a somewhat tall girl. She has bright, peircing hazel eyes that are same shade as her cherry wood wand. She has long dirty blond hair that has a tint of red. She also has a few freckles that are placed on her cheeks and nose. She is always wearing the necklace her mom gave to her before she left for Hogwarts.

Gloria is the kind of person that will seem cold and icey if you are rude her friends or herself. She has a quick rude streak that will make you eat your words. Otherwise she will be polite but she is not going to go to everyone and trying to make friends. When she is with her friends she will let loose, she doesn't care how her friends see her.

She loves to garden, like most Hufflepuffs but her love was born when her parents showed her, as both of them were also Hufflepuffs. Gardening is her pride and joy and she love to bother other people with what they call " useless plant facts."

Gloria excels at wizarding chess, a skill she gained by playing with her dad on their front porch, sometimes hours into the night. She always beats her mom but even with all that skill she only sometimes beats her dad.

Gloria loves cat with all of her heart. Thier tail, ears, and whiskers are too cute to not love them. Gloria wanted a cat all of her life and got one when she was five. She named the cat Oak and had deeply loved cat ever since.

Their family has an inside joke. Because Gloria is an only child, in letters to her parents Gloria always writes "From Gloria Shell (your fav daughter)" and her parents always write "To Gloria my fav daughter."

Gloria's parents are Jerry Shell and Monica Shell. They met at Hogwarts, dated for a while, then eventually got married. Gloria lives in Little London, a small town inside of Pamber, England. Gloria is an only child so she has no siblings but she all ways wished she had a sibling because she needed someone to play with and her parents were only some times busy with work and she needed someone to play with her 24/7. So when Gloria was 4 she got a best friend who was a Muggle. The only reason that she had a Muggle best friend was because she lived so far away from other wizards and witches. They got along very well though. It was hard for Gloria not to tell her friend, Rose, about magic. Gloria's parents were a bit sad that Gloria was friends with a Muggle they were always proud of Gloria so they got over it. Gloria friendship with Rose stayed strong until Gloria got her Hogwarts letter. Gloria had to tell her friend that she was going to a boarding school in Scotland. It was not a lie but telling Rose this broke her and she cried for an hour straight. She only stoped because she was getting a picture of her and Rose hanging out together wet.

On a windy day when Gloria was 6 she was at the very crowded playground next to her house. It was her favorite playground because it had slide, swings, and even a small trampoline, it was also just a few houses over from her own so she was allowed to go alone. One day when no one was paying any attention to her (when she was as self absorbed as a sponge ( she grew out of that when she was eight years old)), she decided to go play with some sticks in a quiet corner of the playground. She made a tiny tee-pee out of sticks that could have been a fairy house. Then a strong gust of wind blew her hair over her face and she heard the clattering of sticks. When Gloria brushed her hair out if her face she saw that her tee-pee had been knocked over. She cried so hard that she could have flooded her tee-pee if it was still standing. As she noticed people were looking at her weird she ran home, red as a tomato from embarrassment.

The next day when she went back to reconstruct her tee-pee she found the location taken... By a huge tee-pee that she could sit in comfortably. But to no one's knowledge, no one had been there since after Gloria left yesterday.
