Reina has black messy hair which is cut short with big blue eyes, Olive skinned, pinkish lips and slightly shorter than average height.

Personality
She has slight anger issues which come out under pressure. Reina tends to stick to herself and does not enjoy crowds. She holds practical and skeptical world views but is also very curious about how most stuff work. She loves understanding controversial topics and her own magic. She is reliable to those she trusts. She is usually sarcastic and hard to impress but can also be silly and chaotic depending on her mood. With strangers she is withdrawn and grumpy but can be pretty silly with her brother and her only friend. She loves playing the violin. She'llget carried away playing it maybe even for hours. Not many people know this though. She pretends not to care about other people's opinion but deep down she is very insecure and her mother's perfectionist nature has rubbed off on her in matters of both grades and people.

Backstory
[On a quiet morning on 25 April 2014, a baby girl was born to Hector and Emmeline Valdez. They raised the girl with much love but were strict academics who wanted a great career for their daughter which led to Reina being withdrawn emotionally from them. Yet, she loved them They have their disagreements but on the surface it's fine, mostly. She went to a private school because her parents wanted her to have a good education. She was a good student but was terrible socially. She has a sibling, 6 years younger, whom she is very protective of. She does not have any friends except her neighbor, Gregor. They both had been friends since childhood. Starting as kids with a wild Passion to explore of the neighborhood, they are inseparable now. Reina hated that she had to go away from her only friend at the mention of Hogwarts. She had promised that she would be back for break. When she was first informed of her abilities she, as well as her parents, were shocked and did not believe it but Reina soon realized how this explained the weird things happening around her. Her disbelief was turned to awe soon.

First Instance of Magic
Reina was 7. It was a school morning, she was quarreling with her parents because she did not want to go to school as she was laughed at in front of the entire class the previous day. She was very excited and had said something silly loudly in front of the whole class. When the school bus arrived though, all of its tires popped. No one knew what had happened, neither did Reina but she felt somehow, she was connected to it.
