After class

Anne wanted to a lot of things that evening. But, sadly her friends had to go do some things and she had to finish some homework. Anne forced herself toward the library carrying her Potions and Charms books. She had to do two full sheets of homework she had copied down.
She looked around the library for a table. There were a few people there but it was not really crowded. People were mostly talking a little in a rather hushed way while working or reading. As Anne explored the library she realized she had only seen it from the outside, but never actually come in. She very honestly hoped she didn't have to come here so often. It seemed dull and a little too quiet for her liking. Anne was never really studious. She sure liked reading sometimes but only on stories she actually enjoyed. Never a textbook.
Anne finally decided to sit down at a table with a couple of empty chairs. She sat down opening the piece of parchment where she had copied down all the questions due for the next class. Still not believing she had homework on the first day, she started thinking about what she could write. By that time she was partly daydreaming. Forcing some focus as she answered the first few questions. They were fairly easy but a little strange.
Nevertheless, Anne hoped any of her friends were there. She would have maybe be laughing at some stupid joke or simply discussing answers.
