Saturday, May 16th, 10PM

Most of Hogwarts castle had settled for the evening, with the majority of its students winding down their conversations in their common room or already having headed to their dormitories for the evening but the Lumos! Camera Club was just beginning to gather on the grounds of the school, many with cameras slung over their shoulders or carried within their satchels.

The evening air was cool and lanterns flicked along the stone walls. Near the steps of the Entrance Hall, some cameras rested along the edge, free to anyone who wanted to borrow one for that meeting.

"Hello, and welcome to another meeting of LUMOS! Camera Club, Hogwarts's club on wizarding photography. I'm Simon Kincaid and welcome all returning and new members. If at any time you should have questions, please do not hesitate to ask - I'm happy to help when I can. You're welcome to use your cameras if you have one, or there is a stock near the stairs just over there which you are welcome to borrow," he motioned over to them.

"Tonight's meeting assignmetn is simple - photograph the castle the way it actually feels after dark. On this parchment," Simon held up a list, is a list of optional prompts. Sleeping portraits, moving shadows, light where there shouldn't be light, and the like.

"I anyone encounters anything partiularly strange tonight - I expect photographic evidence," he said with a bright playful smile. "Pair up if you'd like, wander on your own, or come find me. Just get out there and shoot!"
