⚝⚝ The day was warm, so after lessons I gathered up my stuff, went up to the dorm and got changed into a summery outfit. I got out a light pink t-shirt, and a pair of denim shorts, as well as a pair of trainers. I stuck my wand into the pocket of my shorts. My plan, that I'd made in the boring Potions lesson that I'd just sat through, was to feed Isis, before getting a new book of the shelves, to read by the lake.
But, as I looked around, I saw Isis running out of the door of Bonelli's eagle dorm. She ran ahead of me, out of the room, and down to the common room. I chased after her, quickly walking through the halls of Hogwarts, down the great staircase, before going outside into the grounds. There, I started sprinting after her, going as fast as I could. Eventually she stopped. I slowed to a stop, and flopped down on the floor next to Isis, who had gone into a pouncing position. It was very unlike her to run away from my bedroom, preffering to stay in there until I went out.
I rolled over onto my back, to see a tabby cat peering at me, right next to my face. I sat up quickly. Who's cat was that? Was the owner out here too? ⚝⚝

Charlotte's face flushed with frustration as she tried to wrap her mind around what had happened. She'd brought her gray cat, Tinsel to the grounds to relax. Bringing her cat out of her room seldom happened, because the last time she did, her cat ran away and scratched another girl's cat. But Charlotte was ready to forgive the embarrassment and worry Tinsel had caused her, so she picked him up and brought him to the grounds. Besides, what were the chances that he would run away again? She'd spent the last few months training him, so what could go wrong? They had fun. For a little bit. After Tinsel was done rolling in the dirt and playing with the leaves, he began smelling the air, which was a bit odd. Then he bolted off, exactly like he did last time.
Twice?! In a row? Last time, Charlotte was more worried, but this time Charlotte was more annoyed. This would be the last time she would ever bring him to grounds. That darn cat. Not wasting a second, she ran after him, keeping an eye of her grey cat. This time Charlotte was able to keep her eye on him as he sprinted through the forest. She was so close she could almost catch him. . .
"Aah!" Charlotte yelped as her foot caught under a fallen branch, causing her to fall to the cold floor. Oww. . . I'm never bringing Tinsel anywhere again. She dusted herself off, angry at her cat and frustrated at herself for tripping over a branch. Her ankle hurt a lot, but she could still walk, so she walked toward the last spot she'd seen Tinsel, who appeared to be sniffing a girl sitting on the grass with her cat. She sighed with relief. Tinsel was fine. And he didn't seem to be hurting anyone this time. Luckily.
She plucked Tinsel off the ground, and said to the girl, "I'm so, sorry about Tinsel. I don't know what happened to him." As she was heading back to the castle (to scold Tinsel), she turned back around. "You're Mirada, right? I think we've met before."
Sometimes people say they want to disappear when all they really want is to be found
