According to the higher grades, the yearly exam will start in early June. As a not so smart student, Winter decided it’s about time to start studying so she passes the exams. She made a schedule. Everyday, after class, She will go to the library to do some homework. Then, read 2 books that she is interested. Next, she with study until 6 O clock or until dinner time. It depends.
Today is the first day of Winter executing the plan. She entered the library at 5pm. The air was thick with the comforting, vanillic scent of aging parchment and heavy leather bindings. A sharp tang of fresh ink mingled with the dusty aroma of centuries-old books. It’s was very crowded, almost every seat is rather sat on or occupied by books or bags. Winter soon found an empty seat near the end of the corridor. She put down her notes and books and flipped one opened. ‘There are three types of potions. Being physical, mental and environmental.’,Winter recited. ‘That was pretty easy.’, Winter thought. What she did not know, was that it was just the easiest part of studying. The nightmares await for her. After reciting the potions, she took out her History of Magic notes. She thought it should be easy. When she stared at the first page. She suddenly went blank. She wished if someone who can tutor her something about History of Magic could suddenly appear.

I walked down halls towards the library, exhausted, in hopes that the library atmosphere would cheer me up and get me to do all the homework we'd recieved. Charms, transfiguration and Potions were fine. In DADA the essay was easier, but history, I didn't expect it to be that bad, especially for someone who likes reading about ancient civilizations.

The class was kinda boring, and we had covered a lot of stuff in such little time. We hadn't covered much in detail, I guess that'll be in other classes. The class seemed to go on for ages, with everyone rolling their eyes and scoffing. We'd even gotten bunches of papers of the theory, I'd have to study it all. I better get started.

I entered the library and reached the History shelf, I looked for a book abt ancient civilizations. There is one, it's about the lifestyle and magic of ancient civilizations. I picked up the book and started looking for a table to sit. I spotted one where a Slytherin girl was seated. I headed towards the table. The girl with long brown hair and pretty blue eyes was busy in a book. It looked like Magic of History notes. Oh wow, looks like she's studying that too, maybe we could study together. I then asked, " Heyy, do you mind if I sit here? "
