Made it to the library
Lennon finally made it to the library. Honestly, it felt like the best place in the whole school—even if getting there wasn’t easy. His legs shook the whole way, and by the time he made it up the stairs, he was out of breath. But he kept going and picked out a little table in the far corner, away from everyone else. He dropped into the chair, pulled out his favorite notebook, and just tried to breathe for a minute.
His hair was probably sticking up all over after fighting those drafty hallways, but he didn’t care. He just wanted to hide out for a bit and not think about who might be watching. Numbers always made life easier anyway, so he started scribbling down some math problems. The scratch of his quill on the page was a comfort.
At one point, another student walked by. Lennon nodded, almost out of habit, and for a moment wondered how many books were stacked on the library shelves. Maybe he’d count them someday before he graduated. He went back to his math, keeping a straight face, but he couldn’t help wishing he’d meet someone else who cared about stories as much as he did.

Made it to the library
Mention: @Lennon Han
I was done with a few subjects for the day and had a free period. I decided to use this time to check out the library, I'd heard it was huge. There was even a restricted section. I have always loved reading. And libraries were the one place that always felt like mine, no matter what.
Navigating through the school was tough but worth it. It felt like a maze, one which I kinda enjoyed finding my way through. It was much more interesting than muggle school, which was much smaller, and much less magical. I finally made my way down the twisty staircase to the library.
It wasn't big, it was Ginormous! That's the biggest library I've ever seen. I wonder what kind of books would be upon the shelves awaiting my arrival. I entered the library and took a 360° spin looking at everything around me, taking everything in. I quickly made my way towards the shelves. I wonder if they have any muggle authors. I'm not sure which wizard ones are good.
I skimmed through the shelves hoping to find something interesting. I don't think they have any muggle books, there's some wizard ones, but I've read them all. There's very few fiction books, bummer. I probably should read something related to my subjects, but it should be unique. I checked out multiple sections till I reached the general section. A weird title caught my eye, " Saucy Tricks for Tricky Sorts", that's a funny name, I should probably check it out. I picked up the book and made my way to a table.
Most of the tables were occupied, but there was one we're a slytherin boy was seated. I went up to the table. "Hi, is this seat taken?", I asked the boy who was busy scribbling down something on his notebook.
