Hello
I am currently having to send this message on my phone because my computer won’t let me verify that I am a human.
I was on site when I clicked refresh to see if there were any new replies when it instead took me to the login, where it then took me to the page where it makes you confirm you are human
Normally this is not a problem on my computer since I use several website that ask me to do this. Except every time I click the box it will load and say “verifying” but when it finishes it just restarts and asks me if I am human again.
I’ve tried shutting down the computer, wondering if it’s a user error or maybe something wrong with the computer since it is a bit old. But I’ve had to verify that I am not a bot before and I’ve never had this problem, so I wonder if it’s a problem with the site or a bug in the software that protects the site?
I’m not really sure if you have any power over fixing this or if it’s an error on my end, but I figured I’d mention it just in case.
Edit: The same software is used on other sites and are currently giving me no problems, it only when I use this sight.

Update: it is still not working even after some more trouble shooting

My presumption is that this is Cloudfare giving you trouble which is beyond my control. Unfortunately we have been overridden by bots and despite our best efforts to block them, they have persisted. Looking at the device used to access the site, it does look like you are using an older version of chrome. My first thought or suggestion would be to update Chrome and anything else on your device. It is generally older devices that are the most bogged down by Cloudfare.

I do not know if the site master will try something else or even migrate the server, and if/when they do I am sure there will be challenges then also. But I would start with updating your system.

Yes, I figured, it mostly confusing that Cloudfare was working on other sites that I use. However my computer is old enough where it can’t receive updates anymore so that could be a huge part of it not working for me. I understand that my issue is something likely not in control of people working on this site, I just figured I’d mention just in case. Thank you!

Could you please tell me which browser do you use, and its version?

It is almost 4 years old, could you please try to update it?

My computer doesn’t receive updates anymore because of its age.

There is no Cloudflare for now, so you should be able to access the site. However, I want to warn you that this browser version will not be supported in future updates to the site, as I will be using technologies that appeared later.
