Fluff Fountain Avalanche Errand Solo

Lily walked into the courtyard, bucket and broom in hand. Not a broom for flying like most at this school would expect, but for cleaning instead. As she looked around the pink mess was hard to miss.

Lily had woken up this morning to an overload of pink and purple fluff. Pygmy puff fur was found everywhere you looked, cascading down the walls and overflowing the halls. She later saw the help wanted signs to clean everything up.

She had gotten most of the halls and classrooms cleaned up. The courtyard being the last place she would get to today. With the wind whipping around and making the fluff move around like its alive, she knew this would be her most challenging clean up yet.

She'd come prepared, and she would not let this get to her. The fluff was everywhere, she couldn't identify the fountain anymore. With the help of the wind and the water flowing the fountain looked like it was shooting out fluff.

A fluff fountain avalanche.

As she got started by the edge of the courtyard, going from out to the middle. She started by grebbing the pieces a little further up, going on to sweeping up the ones on the floor, and moving on to the next sections.

She went on like this for a while, section after section. One hour later she was done the whole outer layer. This may take longer than I thought. Lily didn't mind much though, she loved to clean and after all the tiresome classes she welcomed this break from hard brain work.

Now as she got to the next part, the area in between the walls surrounding the courtyard and the fountain, all she had to do was sweep it all up. She didn't mind this part as much as she didn't have to climb up to reach fluff on top of the walls.

As she kept cleaning, she thought about how she used to consider getting a pygmy as her pet, but she would not want that anymore. Nor is she planning on getting anything pink or purple for a while. The bright colors started to give her a headache, she could barely look at it anymore.

The wind started to pick up as the sun was slowly setting, she still had the fountain area left to get to. As she approached the fountain, she noticed that the fluff seemed to just keep going. The fountain didn't just seem to be an overflowing fluff fountain, it looked like it was made a fluff fountain. The pieces of pink and purple kept multiplying, it was strange. There better not be pygmy fluff in the pipes. That would make this even worse. I don't think I would be able to keep going if that was the case.

Lily hoped she was wrong, and that maybe her long day of cleaning was getting to her. There's no way the fountain had more fluff flowing out of it. It must be the wind. The wind that was now making her look like a pink marshmellow. She was covered, her hair, her shirt, pants. Everywhere. Is fluff hard to wash off? She wasn't sure but she really hoped it would get out of her hair.

She decided to deal with her hair and clothes later, now was fountain time. She worked her way from the bottom to the top, it was going pretty well, but she started to solidify the thought that the pipes were filled with fluff.

As she climbed up to the top she noticed that there was no more loose fluff. All she saw was actual pygmy puffs. A family of them form the looks of it. This must be where the constant fluff came from. This whole time the pygmy puffs stayed here and were adding to the mess.

Now she would just need to let Miss Townsend know that there are some staying here. Until then Lily would let the pygmy puffs stay and her work here was done, she could finally take a break from all the pink and purple.

She'd tell the teachers about the pygmy family in the fountain tomorrow, for now she was going to shower.
