First visit to Gringotts
Sara smiled as she walked through Diagon Alley, her parents and brother trailing behind her, and Duke, her loyal Labrador, by her side. She was going to Hogwarts! As they approached Gringotts, her brother Jake broke off.
"I'm off to see my friends and get ice cream," he said. "I can take Duke." With that, he called Duke and began to walk away. With one last glance at Sara, Duke followed him. Her parents, similarly, had other business to focus on. They left without a backward glance. Sara ignored the fact that she was alone and continued to walk. She passed many stores, and she stopped at a few to look. But that wasn't her main objective. She had to go to Gringotts. She shook all other thoughts from her mind and approached the bank. She had the key to the vault - or at least she hoped she did. She walked past the doors, listening to what awaited her inside. Once inside, she walked up to the nearest unbusy goblin at a desk.
"Hello? I'm here to access my family vault." she said, and the goblin raised his head.
"Key?" he asked, his voice rough. Sara passed over the key and waited as he examined it.
"All in order." he said to her, calling over a goblin to take her to the vault. "Vault 110," He told the goblin, and Sara followed the new goblin to the cart. The ride was not enjoyable. Too fast for Sara's liking. They got there fast though. Good. She got as much as she needed and returned to the surface, where she was joined by her parents, Jake, and Duke.
