Yeah, I'm pretty sure she said that in the sign up thread.
There'll be two threads, one for the preparation team and another for the party itself.

@Laurie Holmes Hi Laurie, thank you so much!! I am probably looking for someone to help me with a brief map of our activity, like where is the table, where is the picnic blanket, the photo booth etc.
@Iridia Calathes all the activities are in one thread, and they are not a must. say A can roleplay going to the photo corner when B and C is chatting. Meanwhile D is drinking tea and E is writing an anonymous note to F
