Bumped. Of Course. Open

Mary wasn’t normally grumpy, or snappy, or rude. Or whatever else parents call kids that talk with a ‘attitude’.

Whatever the heck that means.

The point is Mary is normally very sweet, patient and slow to anger.

However, the was this day was turning out would probably make anyone rip their hair out. Or want to throw someone out the window. First, she tripped over her books when she was getting up this morning (which resulted in a small bruise on her forehead, because she landed wrong and it seemed everyone made it their job to mention it.) Next, she was late for class/breakfast (because of said fall and because she was just tired and disoriented) and now she was rushing to class her stomach grumbling for food and felt like crying and going home to her mum’s chocolate Pick Me Ups (her mum enchanted chocolates that made you giggle once you ate them and Mary used to gobble the whole plate and ended up smiling non stop for weeks).

time over her robes and bumped into someone which made her drop her stuff and her ink spilled onto her robes then the person (a Slytherin, who else?) just sneered at her like it was her fault and walked off! Mary’s face went red and she immediately picked up her papers, books and her spilled ink bottle and truly felt like crying (and maybe throwing that rude Slytherin out the window). What could possibly make this horrible day worse?

Some wounds feel so deep we don't think they'll heal, but when we open our eyes and truly look through the pain we see these three: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
