Question- House Points

So I noticed that the point I actually have (on my profile, currently 87) is different to the one in the leaderboard (82).
It seems to me like it's always delayed when I get new points.
Idk if that makes sense but like let's say I get 5 points in potion, it won't show in the leaderboard until I get other points.
So yeah I'm a bit confused if that's a glitch or how it's supposed to be

Hi! Part of your points (five points) is from February, and they don’t count it because March is a new month. But, you have 87 now in the leader board, now. It also could be a bit of a delay, or a glitch, like Nick has stated. Other than that, I am not quite sure.
If I am wrong about the reason, please correct me

It's not a glitch. The amount of points shown on your profile is the total amount of points you have earned. We all have it. Used to get at least one new point (not on purpose because I didn't vote) when we had points for bumping us on toprp sites.
basically, what you see for the house cup is within that current month and how much you have received in that month. What you see in your profile is different because it is the total amount of points you earned since account creation. (it's basically what Brookline was saying yes, but it's not a glitch)
