I was wondering, sometimes the beans don't appear anywhere, even for those with access to everywhere in the site. Can it sometimes happen that the bean, instead of spawning somewhere, doesn't spawn anywhere?

It can also appear in the forums that are limited to some roles, such as Shrieking Shack for Werewolves, Chamber of Secrets for Parseltongues, sports-related forums for sports players and captains, working forums for Hogwarts Headliner members, etc. So it's impossible for anyone to have access to all of these forums unless they're part of administration team (Headmaster & Heads of Houses)

They can also appear in ooc forums and places like the announcement board
