Scorpio-born are passionate and assertive people. They are determined and decisive and will research until they find out the truth. Scorpio is a great leader, always aware of the situation and also features prominently in resourcefulness.
Scorpio is a Water sign and lives to experience and express emotions. Although emotions are very important for Scorpio, they manifest them differently than other water signs. In any case, you can be sure that the Scorpio will keep your secrets, whatever they may be.
Pluto is the planet of transformation and regeneration, and also the ruler of this zodiac sign. Scorpios are known by their calm and cool behaviour, and by their mysterious appearance. People often say that Scorpio-born are fierce, probably because they understand very well the rules of the universe. Some Scorpio-born can look older than they actually are. They are excellent leaders because they are very dedicated to what they do. Scorpios hate dishonesty and they can be very jealous and suspicious, so they need to learn how to adapt more easily to different human behaviours. Scorpios are brave and therefore they have a lot of friends.

Reducio20.4 centimetres hornbeam wood and unicorn hair -
HORNBEAM WOOD - Hornbeam selects for its life mate the talented witch or wizard with a single, pure passion, which some might call obsession (though I prefer the term ‘vision’), which will almost always be realised. Hornbeam wands adapt more quickly than almost any other to their owner’s style of magic, and will become so personalised, so quickly, that other people will find them extremely difficult to use even for the simplest of spells. Hornbeam wands likewise absorb their owner’s code of honour, whatever that might be, and will refuse to perform acts – whether for good or ill – that do not tally with their master’s principles. A particularly fine-tuned and sentient wand.
UNICORN HAIR - Unicorn hair generally produces the most consistent magic and is least subject to fluctuations and blockages. Wands with unicorn cores are generally the most difficult to turn to the Dark Arts. They are the most faithful of all wands, and usually remain strongly attached to their first owner, irrespective of whether he or she was an accomplished witch or wizard.
Minor disadvantages of unicorn hair are that they do not make the most powerful wands (although the wand wood may compensate) and that they are prone to melancholy if seriously mishandled, meaning that the hair may ‘die’ and need replacing.

Pre-Hogwarts Schooling -Alex attended a muggle school from the age of 5 to 11 for her primary education. The school was decidedly poor, and the education there was not close to top-quality. The back of the seats were always covered in a fresh batch of gum, and desks were either scratched with so many intinals that you don’t know the original colour of the desk, or missing a leg. However, Alex enjoyed her time there immensely, make many happy memories and plenty of friends for life.

[font= Bernhard Fashion BT]Childhood
Alexandra Edwards was born on the 14th of November to Natalie and David Edwards, in a small beach town south-west of Adelaide, Australia. It is Edwards family legend that she came out screaming, and continued to do so for the next year or two of her childhood.
Natalie Edwards is a small, strong-minded woman, who grew up in the hustle and bustle of London, with two very rich parents,who both believed that they were above everyone else, and that muggle-borns were about as useful as coal dust. Fortunately, Natalie realised that what her parents told her was far from the truth when she attended Hogwarts, and after receiving an apprenticeship in wand-making, she left the country and migrated to Australia.
David Edwards is a muggle, who grew up on a large sheep farm on the coast of South Australia, with four younger brothers and a lot of sheep. He was fed a steady diet of Aboriginal dream-time stories and tales from the days of convict Australia. He met Natalie when he was finishing a degree in teaching, and found out about her 'specialness' when they got engaged. But, David doesn't have a problem with this, and enjoys being in the company of witches and wizards.
When Alexandra was born, her mother and father had already had two children, Lucas, who was 4 years older than her, and Adelaide (named after the capital of South Australia), who was 2. Not only did these two siblings make sure that Alexandra was never a cry-baby, bad sport, and never sucked up to their parents, but they also installed in Alexandra a strong sense of rule-breaking, rebellion and competitive spirit. This competitive spirit made Alexandra want to walk, talk, and run with her siblings, and made her start walking, talking and running earlier than the average baby because she wanted to keep up with her siblings.
Alexandra was born in a very poor town, where there was high metal fences, cigarettes littered the road, and drunk people kept you up all night. This made Alexandra very aware of people around her, and is the reason her clothes are so shabby.
When Alexandra was a year old, her mother gave birth to two twin boys, Finn and Aidan. This gave Alexandra the opportunity to boss them around as her two older siblings did to her. She found this immensely enjoyable.
As Alexandra grew, she soon didn't like her name. Although many had called her Alex as a nickname, she now wanted that not to be her nickname, but her name. So, from there, on, she became Alex.
When she was three years old, her mother gave birth to a little girl, Eliza. Eliza was the jewel of the family, spoilt and treasured, and never got the treatment that Alex had gotten from her siblings, and became a quiet, dressed-in-pink little girl, which was quite different to the rest of the family.
Alex spent her young years playing with the local muggles. Old pieces of plumbing were shoved into the ground to make home-made AFL goals, and nets we strung around gum-trees to make soccer goals. She played basketball down at the skate park, and cricket down at the local cricket field, and spent her quiet hours pouring over famous netball players.
When Alex was 8 years old, her mother had wanted to take Lucas, who was now 11, to the UK, so that he could go to Hogwarts to receive his magical education. They moved to a reasonably-sized apartment in western London.
When Alex got her letter she was beyond excited. She had already heard numerous stories about the school from her older brothers and sisters, tales about ginormous feasts and grumpy teachers and euphoria-filled Quidditch matches, and she couldn't wait to tell stories of her adventures at Hogwarts to her younger siblings when it was their turn

[font= Bernhard Fashion BT]Family

Maternal Family
Arthur Calloway is a tall, quiet man, intelligent, but hardly talks. He used to have a job at the ministry before he retired at the age of 60. He absolutely hates muggles, and has despised of them since childhood. Alice Calloway is a loud, impatient woman, who came from another family of pure-bloods, and shared the same values as those of the Calloway family. She strives on punishment and rules.
Alice and Arthur had two children, Imogen, their eldest, and Natalie. Imogen was the perfect Calloway child, and still holds their values today. She married a respectable, pure-blood man and had two children, Carlson and Isla.
Natalie on the other hand realised that what her parents had told her was a bunch of lies as soon as she reached Hogwarts. She began to despise her family and their ridiculous values, and after graduating from Hogwarts and receiving an apprenticeship in wand-making, she moved to Australia, married a muggle-born man and had six children, which was the opposite of the 'ideal Calloway life'. But Natalie didn't care a bit.
Paternal Family
James Edwards is a humorous, kind man, who has an addiction with sheep, as most of the Edwards family do. His pride and joy is his large sheep farm and his wife and children. He would go to the ends of the earth and back for both.
Mary Edwards is a bustling, happy old lady who came from a vineyard from the west, but got tired of drunken parents and uncles, and moved to the coast, where she met James, and fell in love with both him and his sheep.
Mary and James had 5 boys, each as rowdy as the next, and installed in them a rich sense of patriotism to Australia, freedom, and love of sheep.
David Edwards was a strong, confident man with a soft heart, and as soon as he finished school, he studied to become a teacher. He met Natalie Calloway, and married her.
Even though David is not a wizard like the rest of his family, he loves them all deeply, and enjoys being in the presence of something as wonderful as magic.

Alex's maternal parents are nothing short of posh. They live in a large, dark mansion that has been in the Calloway family for generations, and for generations Calloway families have taught Calloway children the importance of purity of blood and the dumbness of muggles.
