Open  The train to a whole new world
Lya had dreamed of this moment.

The moment she would step into the Hogwarts Express, and start a new journey as a witch.

That morning, she woke up early, eager to start getting ready. She picked out a comfy outfit, tamed her wavy hair, and brushed her teeth. Her parents were having coffee in the kitchen when she arrived downstairs.
"Good morning darling", her mom said, smiling at her daughter. How she has grown, she thought.
"Someone looks excited", her dad spoke and stood to hug her.
Oliver, Lya's older brother, had already been at Hogwarts for two years, but it would be a different kind of pain for the parents to see both their children gone.
But they knew they were going to a learning place, and a fantastic one. Both of them remember clearly their days at Hogwarts, and how they were positively marked by them. They could only hope their children would make countless memories there, like they did.

"Come on Oli, we're gonna be late" Lya held her brother's hand, pulling him forward through the dense crowd of witches and wizards.
He groaned. "We're far from late, squirt. Just relax"
She rushed forward anyway. She could see it now. The Hogwarts Express. It looked even more impressive than what she had imagined.
"Whoa.." she whispered, more to herself than anything, and slowed to get a better look. Oliver took that opportunity to get away from her grip, as he had spotted his friends standing a few feet away.
"Hey !" Lya protested.
"You'll be fine, see you at school, okay ?" he waved her off, and turned.
"Pff" she exhaled, and her parents caught up to her.
"Come here", her mom opened her arms and Lya stepped right into them, her head buried in her mom's chest. "I'm gonna miss you sweetheart"
"I'll miss you too", Lya answered, and pulled away. She kissed her father goodbye and boarded the train, her suitcase trailing behind her. The train started in a loud hiss, and started moving, slowly at first, then faster.
Okay. Here I am. I got this.
Lya walked slowly across the narrow hallway, the compartments on each side already filled with laughter and overlapping voices.
All of it felt... intimidating now. She wasn't quite sure how to act. Then she spotted an empty compartment.
Perfect.
She slid the door open, and tried to lift her suitcase to put it away in the overhead luggage rack. Damn, why did she pack so many things ? After a few minutes, she gave up and sat on the red cushioned bench and stares out the window. It looked like the train had already left the city.

She took a deep breath.

There was no turning back now. A whole new world was ahead of her, and she was determined to explore every corner of it.
