HAIR: a very dark brown that borders on black, yet the hue is more dull than rich. In slight waves though not particularly soft. Considered long for a boy, it falls in locks to his shoulders. His best comb is absentminded finger-raking, and consequently, it can be fairly dishevelled. It can be impulsively cut short when depressed, a choice often met with regret.
VISAGE: his complexion is pale, and a starburst of freckles is often visible across his cheeks and nose in the summertime. Archer's face is angular, all sharp lines and the softness he had grown out of, added to by a tall and narrow nose and strong-set brows. He has hazel eyes, mostly brown and with flecks of gold and olive. Inherited from his mother and always a key to his emotions, it is his favourite feature.
FORM & CONDUCT: Archer is tall and lanky, and clearly still had not quite grown into his teenage body. Lean and thin, his muscles show not because of strength but a lack of flesh otherwise. His posture is rigid at times, fluid at others, but he tries to carry himself with grace even under pressure. He moves fast, and with a short patience does not like to wait for those slower than him.
WARDROBE: Archer's style, if one could call it that, could be described as "adventure academia", a combination of v-neck sweaters and adventure-ready coats. His clothes are almost always scruffy, and certainly not necessarily artfully so. Not a fan of jewellery, the only piece Archer wears is a locket on his neck bought in Lyon, charmed to reveal the person on one's mind if rubbed. Archer does not wear cologne.
OTHER: one can often spot nicks, shallow wounds, and bruises on Archer's skin. Usually dealt with magic although sometimes he can prove too lazy to treat them, none are major and are usually results of careless exploration, duelling missteps, or mishandling of a knife. His handedness is his left hand, and despite attempts at training his right hand, only failure ensued
