1: I saw that you can change schools? if you make an inpc(? i think it was that) application, well i wanted to ask just how that worked overall.
2: Can i use different languages?

Welcome to H.io! Here’s the answers to your questions. If you ever have any more never be afraid to reach out to me and I’ll be happy to answer them!

1. Yes. You can create an iNPC. The requirements are that you must be validated on the site for at least six months to do this. Once you’ve been validated for that time, you’ll post in the respective thread for the school you want your iNPC to be in and wait to get approved! Once you get approved, you’ll follow the steps of creating an account. After six months of your iNPC being validated on their account, you can either switch to a different school or switch your PC and iNPC. (Your PC becomes your iNPC basically.) You can’t have both your PC and iNPC going to Hogwarts at the same time.

2. Yes! You can use different languages while RPing if it makes sense that your character would know that language. The only thing you must do is provide a translation somewhere in your post as this is an English-speaking site. (An example of this is my character Avery and even my iNPC Dylan both are from Wales and speak Welsh. What I do is if they speak a line of Welsh, I put the translation in a revelio next to the Welsh-spoken part, but I don’t count the translation to my word count.)

Welcome to Hio. Avery has it all covered. I just wanted to add that you can do your INPC application here. Scroll down, and then you'll see an NPC Registry for each school. A few rules vary in each school, so I suggest reading everything before you apply. (As Av mentioned, you can only apply if you've been active on the site for 6 months after validation)

You also need to be indexed, not only meet 6 months requirement.
