The train station was busy usual, however, today was a special day when in addition to regular platforms, one more was overcrowded - 9 3/4. Lots of families, students, future first-year students and teachers. Talks, laughs and sounds of crying mothers and kids were filling the platform.

Kristina and her family were also standing there. Today as a huge family: the girl, parents, older brother with his wife and 2 kids who may also go to Hogwarts in a couple years. Kristina was preparing for that very moment for years - since the day, when she was standing there as a small kid saying goodbye to her brother for the first time. And now finally is her turn. She was happy, yes, but deep in her heart she also wanted to cry, she was not ready to say bye to her regular life and her family, even though she was excited to start a new life - with other students, classes, homeworks, tons of adventures and event and many mysteries.

"We are going to miss you so much" Said her mum, smiling and hugging the grown up daughter.

"And don't forget that we will always will love you and be proud of you no matter what" Added the dad hugging Kristina as well. Last words and precautions from other family members and she was ready to go.

After last hug, she looked again at her family, waved and entered the train door. The first year at Hogwarts began. She doesn't now yet what awaits her on that journey but the curiosity and impatience overweight all other emotions.
