I stepped inside the buzzling Diagon Alley as half blood having half knowledge pf what happens here and not. Since, I received my letter of Hogwarts, I was excited more for my wand than the school itself. I wanted to know which wand will choose me as it always fantazied me how a wand chooses it's owner and the other way around. I gently held my dad's hand. My hand, a expert magician said softly, "Don't worry, champ!! You will enjoy this and let me tell you... Wand choosing part is the best." He said this with a wink maing me chuckle.

We moved through the crowded Diagon Alley to the Ollivander's. As I opened the gate, the ring belled. I moved forward to the table when a man with wrinkled but warm eyes came. He said warmly, "Young man!! Here for a wand??". I took a deep breath, stealing my nerves and siad, "Yes!!".

One by one, he handled me over many wands but, there was connection with any of the wands, but then he gave me a wand.... A wand I felt a connection with... It was made of beech wood with a core of dragon heartstring. The wand in my hand just felt right and that's how I got my wand.

I asked Mr. Ollivander, "What does this wand represents??" He chuckled softly and said, "A curious one we got, I guess.... Ok let me tell you. Your wand is 27,8 cm beech wood and dragon heartstring. It symbolises that you are more mature and intelligent than your age and you have strong magical power. It's a rare but good combination. All the best for your journey ahead, my boy."
