I recently posted in the Report your Absence thread regarding Lillian McMason (iNPC Claire Ducasse). Here is the post for reference.

She shared with me on another website an issue she is having accessing h.io. I'm not sure of the entire logistics involving it, but after the bot attack with the Cloudflare check now on the site, she cannot access h.io at all. She gets a message about updating her browser, instead. She tried another browser on her device and still could not access it. Here are a few screenshots I have pertaining to her issue:

Based on about when this has been happening, I think it could have something to do with Cloudflare. I am not a tech whiz, so I don't know exactly what can be done about it. That also might not be the cause, but surely having an idea of what might be going on could be helpful.

From my understanding of what she told me, is that her computer is no longer getting updates. This would be why she cannot upgrade her browser to meet the requirement for Cloudflare (and why she gets the error message).

System OS upgrade =/= software updates, but it is possible that their OS as well as hardware is now something really old, which, not their fault but is hard for people to navigate.

Hio however does work for me on a potato PC from 2008, running a windows 7, so the backward compatibility on site, even with cloudfare is very much still running smoothly. A software update of their browser or switching to a different browser might help them.

Cloudflare verification is essential for us to protect the site from bots. Unfortunately, I have no other option, except to pay for a much more expensive server for no reason.

This person clearly has an outdated browser. They need to download a more recent version of Chrome or Firefox.
