Fed Up With School
@Elizabeth StonewallHe was not outside of the Hospital Wing, in fact. He was sleeping in a bed, obscured by curtains that hung on bars providing minimal privacy but privacy nevertheless. He was just that tired, came in very early in the morning after staying up for hours doing both patrol and research for his History of Magic lectures.
He heard some noises, some spells being cast and just threw the pillow from under his head to over, as he tried to cover his head and sandwich it between the pillow pressed against his ear and the bed.
The metal bars of the bedframes tippytapping onto the floor was not quiet, and Octavius felt it was much too obnoxious to even enjoy listening to. God, Clark was quieter and he was a belligerent, annoying goblin that liked noise.
He removed himself from the sandwiched position and stared at the ceiling before sighing to get up. He walked through the curtains and saw that there was a young girl responsible for this. "Really?" He asked, a voice of exhaustion, the tone quite clear.
He grabbed out his slender wand and spoke the incantation to the general counter-charm several times, just to get the tippy-tapping noise to stop. He'd deal with the rest later. The noise was just too much. "Don't you know you're putting others at risk? The others," He pointed at a boy with a broken leg lifted in the air by a sling, a girl vomiting nonstop, another with a large gash down their neck, and some even missing bones, likely from a bone-vanishing spell of some sort or even potion. "We do not wake them up, nor do we put them at risk. Young lady, I am going to take your wand from you, and I will expect you to leave the Hospital Wing as quickly as possible so you are not disturbing the peace." He extended out his palm, the fingers stretched out, a gesture for Elizabeth to hand him her wand.
"You have earned yourself detention, meet me in the Potions Classroom tomorrow night at 10pm." That said, he would take off with her wand and try to go back to sleep.
