My Ency, in need of help!
Hi! Anyone who's good at coding, could you help me make it look prettier? I am thoroughly confused on how to make it look good :,(!!! I wanted to put that image to the right of that list, yet I don't know how. I'd also want to put the list in the highlight-y thing-y I've seen other encyclopedias look like, and I'm 99% certain it's a table... but I have ZERO clue how to make it work, despite finding other tutorials on this site! I'll get to this as soon as I can, though I'll most likely be taking a break from here tomorrow as I won't really be able to access my laptop

Coding can be an absolute pain when you start, and even now my ency isn’t very fancyChristina explained most of the basics, but if you need a hand with something feel free to send me an owl anytime.
Also, hio had some great OOC shops that do the hard work for you and are absolutely wonderful

I feel like I should also mention the code donation thread, it has many great codes you can use to elevate your encyclopedia, as long as you include credit if the coder wants it.
Also, my personal favorite way to instantly make a post/encyclopedia look prettier is to simply use the B (bold) and I (italics) on your titles, and write your titles in full caps so it looks SOMETHING LIKE THIS.

@Sage Dandrige, I'm willing to help you with a few basic but aesthetic ency pages! Don't feel shy to owl me! If you'd like to see my style of coding, you're welcome to visit my ency.
P.S - The easiest way to make plain codes look fun is to add graphics! Like banners or moodboards if you can't make them or feel too lazy to, just visit one of the OOC shops. May be cheap or may be costly but worth it!

First of all, Welcome to HIO @Sage Dandrige!
Winnie can help you right here! Part four should do the trick. I was horrible at codes, but after learning from her, my INPC, Claire has a shop for it. Right here if you are interested. Lots of people are good at coding or sell codes, so even if no one helped you right so far, there are many more people who can.
