Story time: Zephyrus grew up in a loving home with a muggle dad, a witch mom, and a twin brother. They had grew up learning the best of both worlds. From the dashing tales of Harry Potter to the science theories of Albert Einstein, Zephyrus loved to learn. Her dad was a teacher at the closest school to her house. Which was over an hour away due to the forest that surrounded her family. Her mother worked for the ministry as an Auror and was quite good at it. She'd always bring home trinkets from her travels for Zephyrus and her brother. Speaking of brother, his name was Boreas. Their father had named the twins after different gods of the winds. It was just a fascination the family had started to think was really an obsession.
Zephyrus's brother, Boreas was not attending Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. It turns out while one twin had gotten their letter, the other had not. Zephyrus had been immediately ready to toss said letter in the trash, or at least send one back saying why they couldn't go. But Boreas had been completely content in not going, had decided to be a scientist instead. That really had gotten the sibling rivalry going, and their parents had to talk down multiple fights leading up to Zephyrus's departure. Still, they would never find the secret letters in later years of the twins trading information. One about space science and the other about Magic history.
