Lily had been different lately. Coming back from Ilvermorny and immediatly pushed into classes was hard...especially third year classes. Yes, school in America had taught her things but Hogwarts taught things differently, and being in the headspace she was in was npt good for her. She had really liked the song Oh, Ms. Believer because it related to her. It told about as you get older you get colder, and honestly that described her to a T. She missed her old self, but honestly she was in the mindset that this was how she was now and if no one liked it they could go shove it. Even her brothers had understood. And she was grateful for that. She needed her family in this moment after everything. Her parents dying, her best friends going missing, her boyfriend dissapearing. It sucked and that's why she was less trusting now and pushing new people away. She didn't need any more drama or heartbreak. She's had more than enough to last her a lifetime. She hated that she couldn't trust people, that people were such jerks not to even tell you they might be leaving. And it pissed her off beyond belief. People need to be more curteous thats for sure.
