Physical description: Alex is short and very thin for her age, causing worry between her parents. She has big, olive green eyes, pale skin, freckles EVERYWHERE, and long, dark brown hair. She got her freckles and eyes from her father, her pale skin from her mom's side of the family, and olive eyes from her grandfather. She is often seen to be wearing a sweater with a dragon on it when the weather is cold enough; she can also be seen wearing sweatpants in whatever weather, hot or cold.
Personality: Alex can be quite hyper at times, mainly when discussing topics she is interested in, which includes goalkeeping (in both soccer/European football and Quidditch), snakes, dragons, and the like. Though not the best at going up to people and making friends, she still likes to be around big groups of people—mainly to eavesdrop in an attempt to get to know people she's too afraid to approach. She was often seen as the odd kid in the neighborhood, and most of the girls avoided her, but she did manage to make friends with a few of the local boys who wanted help finding critters.

- Rick Williams-Macquoid, Muggle father. Rick was born in California, raised in Oregon, and moved to Glasgow, Scotland a few years after graduating college with a forestry degree. Though he didn't speak any Scottish Gaelic at the time, he mercifully met a very kind, English and Scottish speaking woman named Maristella. Now, he is happily married with a wife and kid, and he works in the forestry industry, just as he'd decided on doing back in high school.
- Maristella Williams-Macquoid, Pureblood mother. Maristella (or Mary) was born and raised in Scotland by her Wizarding parents, Alexina and Finlay. When she went to Hogwarts, she was in Gryffindor house; her parents were both Slytherins. On the weekends, she would offer a kind of therapy or tutoring for underage Wizards with a track record of using Magic outside school.
- Finlay MacQuoid, Pureblood grandfather. During the summer, Alexandra would spend weeks at a time at her grandparents's house. During other parts of the year, she would come just for sleepovers and playdates. Any time spent with Alex was always fun, in Finlay's opinion, and he was just as excited, if not more, about her getting into Hogwarts as Alex's parents, and even Alex herself!
- Alexina MacQuoid, Pureblood grandmother. Though she rarely ever speaks, those who know Alexina know that she only speaks Scottish Gaelic—though she can understand both English and Dutch. She prides herself in being one of Rick's biggests nuisances, because she loves to talk to him and watch him panic slightly every time because he can't understand her. She even taught Alexandra some Scottish Gaelic, much to Rick's dismay, and she too has learned to pester him with foreign words beyond his understanding.
