Relaxing outside
It felt so good to go and stand outside in the fresh summer air.
I sat down, facing the lake, and pulled out one of my textbooks, and started to read, but after a while, I got distracted from the boring diagrams, and looked out to the horizon, staring at the lake, but seeing nothing.
It was very quiet out there, most people being inside, with their friends. The quietness was relaxing, from the noise and bustle of people dashing about the castle, shouting to be heard.
The lake shimmered in the soft sunlight, and the light bouncing off it was blinding, so I closed my eyes, and sat quietly.
I decided to put my book back in my bag, lie back, and stare at the clouds, to see what shapes I could see...
There were loads of cool shapes... a horse... a unicorn... a castle... a book... a pair of nifflers... the large oak tree from the garden at my home...
I lay there for about five more minutes, staring up into the bright blue sky, then stood up, and started to head back towards the castle, and went to get my lunch, in the great hall, before going back outside again.
