Pretty simple: one person names two Harry Potter characters, then the next chooses between them and names two more.

For Example:

P1 - Severus Snape VS Lily Evans
P2 - Lily Evans She was really nice and tried to stop James bullying.
Aunt Petunia VS Lavander Brown
P3 - Lavander Brown who likes Petunia?

and so on.

I'll start - Hermione Granger VS Xenophilius Lovegood

Hermione, she's always been one of my favorites and I feel like I can relate to her! While I think Xenophilius is an interesting character (i'm a xenophilius apologist sfgwrqyifr) and I understand his motives to protect his daughter, I would choose Hermione over him. I'm sorry!!

Cedric Diggory VS Viktor Krum

Cedric!!! He seemed so honest and sweet and I just liked him a lot. Victor kind of annoyed me to be sort of honest so Diggory all the way!!!

Tonks VS Lupin

Lupin! He's more developed as a character. He carries the fact that he's a werewolf but tries not to let it define him at least not completely. He is a skilled wizard, and one of the greatest DADA teachers that Hogwarts had in Harry's years there. I'm not saying that Tonks isn't at least some of this, yes she brings humour and lightness in some of the darkest times in the series but, to me, Lupin's wisdom, empathy, sense of morality and relatability make him my favourite between the two!! Sorry for my waffling by the way.

Cho Chang VS Lavender Brown

Cho Chang - I found her quite sweet and liked her for quite a long time. Sure she was a little emotional but she was also super nice and her boyfriend had just died… Lavender on the other hand, was quite painful. She seemed to me overly attached to her Won Won (which drove me crazy). I guess I also loved Hermione and was in pain for her lol.

Filch VS the Bloody Baron

The Bloody Baron - He is better than Filch, especially in terms of power, status and reputation. He is a ghost meaning he is immortal, can fly, pass through walls and can't be touched or harmed physically. He is the only person/being that Peeves obeys, and he holds power in the fact that he is terrifying. He has a tragic backstory which always makes a character better (in my opinion). He is also immune to anything that Filch could do, making him just overall better and the obvious choice!

Severus VS James

Severus obviously, who like James- imagine liking a bully, only good thing he did was get Harry Potter for us

Hermione VS Luna

Hermione!! She is more practical and logical, and shows leadership and initiative throughout the series. She is very well developed as a character and she is dependable. Her loyalty and bravery may outweigh her pursuit for knowledge, however this knowledge and love of learning makes her weigh her options and become a voice of reason for all. She is definitely more of a doer than a dreamer, and that helps her to learn. While Luna's emotional intelligence and imagination are key and likeable attributes to her character, Hermione's grounded nature mixed with her persistence and knowledge make her, in my opinion, better.

Sirius VS Remus

Lupin. He was always the sensible one and almost stopped the bullying between James and Snape but didn't have enough courage. Sirius, on the other hand, helped bully Severus.

Harry Potter VS Ronald Weasley Two best friends! (And the main characters)

Harry probably, didnt like when Ron cut his hair, plus Drarry is on top, then Blairon~
