Boram had woken up with the need to cause some chaos.
What type of chaos? Who knew.
The day was calm, too calm for her taste. She had begun to think of ways to liven up the day while she walked down the corridors, when her hands tingled as an idea came to her mind. A smirk played across her lips before setting out to find the person she knew would be willing to make some chaos with her.
Her eyes scanned through all the corridors until she found her target, walking up to him, she tapped his shoulder and whispered in his ear, "Follow me..."
Practically skipping with excitement, Boram's shoes clicked beneath the cold floor as she hummed a tune. "Отец Father, once told me our school is military based..." She took a sudden turn, guiding him toward an exit. The sun was bright and the air crisp, but it was missing something far more exciting.
Ash.
Stopping in her tracks, she glanced around before turning to face him once more, her voice was in a low whisper, "and that they have cannons here." A lazy smirk appeared, the wicked idea of flames and dust cementing in her mind.
A mischievous glint shined in her eyes.
Her cousin had said they would bring the school to their feet, but she never did say how. Perhaps her lovely cousin would not approve of her idea... eh good thing she was not there. Boram draped an arm over his shoulder as she spoke conspirationally, "Let's find those cannons and fire them, hm?"A small laugh left her as she imagined how the school staff would react, how the sound of the cannons going off would echo and break the silence of such a tranquil day.
Rebellion had always been a fun topic.
And in perfect timing, the school year was nearing its end, no one would mind a few cannons going off... right?
With a small sigh, she ran a her other hand through her hair, pausing when she spotted something.
A cannon.
Using her index finger, she tilted his chin toward the cannon, "Are you thinking what I am thinking, Arnie?"

@Boram Borisova@Emery AlbrechtBE REBORN FROM THE ASHES
─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────That day waking up, Arno had no idea he was about to land himself the role of a war criminal. He was simply minding his business, thinking of nothing more serious than his next snack or figuring what kinda food he'd make once he goes home. Perhaps the distance and time had dulled the memories of his time with his mother, the boy was finally looking to meet her once again.
But then came Boram, carrying a presence that felt as if it shifted the air, a storm of chaos about to break over the calm waters that was his criminal record. "Follow me" she whispered to him as he asked no questions. He didn't even blink as he turned on his heel and obeyed. He wasn't easily led but Boram promised mischief, and mischief was the only god worth worshipping on a day as boring as this.
As she prattled about her conversations with her father regarding the school's military background and it's cannons, he merely registered a smirk as he muttered an amused "Интересно…" interesting under his breath. Cannons? In this school? He wasn't sure if he should be alarmed or impressed.
And then came the inevitable offer.
"Let's find those cannons and fire them, hm?"
He slid his arm over her shoulders with a casual grace of someone far too comfortable with the idea of the impending disaster. "Lead the way, m'lady", he answered with an exaggerated bow.
They walked around as if they held every right to be on the path towards oblivion, a long forgotten weapon of historical overkill. And somehow, fate decided to shine fortune upon the two, as before long, there it was.
A cannon.
An actual, honest-to-Merlin cannon. Dusty. Oversized and so Fucking Beautiful.
He quirked a bow at her, as if to say 'Are you serious?' , but all he said was, "Don't call me Arnie," before promptly lighting the fuse with a nonchalant flick of his wand.
He was not aware of what awaited his poor body as the resulting boom nearly shattered his eardrums, leaving him with a loud ringing in his left ear.
He didn't even witness the path of cannonball at first, there was just noise, ringing, a rush of air and then sudden realisation that perhaps the duo had slightly overcommitted.
One Wall? Gone.
Another? Cracked like porcelain.
Arno blinked once, twice, then looked over at Boram with wide eyes and a slowly widening smile.
"We can call this a ground breaking find ye?" he said in his English accent.─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────Perfectionist and Terrible Presence

xxxxxThere is a moment in a man's life when his experiences flash before his eyes. This would forever be ingrained within Emery with how unexpected yet expected it was for students of Durmstrang. Of course his students would willingly create violent chaos despite the rest of the world being against them. Perhaps solely for his students the phrase, ‘Today is too calm a day’ could genuinely be expressed despite the statement’s illogical nature. Of course, his students would find the hidden cannons and blast them.
xxxxxEmery had been quietly planning his revenge against the Volkovs’ in ways approved by polite society, a way to grant the wishes of Nikolai, who had asked Emery to reach out to his contacts just a few days into his position as headmaster. The plan was going well, and hopefully he would be able to find justice for his family. There was finally hope in the distance to find justice for crimes committed by the family, to find justice for his wife and his daughter. That hope had disappeared for years, and he had trudged onwards. Yet, now, the year he had become headmaster, there was a glimmer of hope again. It was strangely foreboding. The attacks in Hogsmeade had to occur for him to become headmaster. Would a tragedy have to occur for this good thing he hoped for to happen? His thoughts were troubled as they had been for months on end. His contacts had been reached and their viability was crucial for the plans to work, to catch the family red handed.
xxxxxThese were the thoughts in his head when he heard a loud boom and he heard cracking of walls from far away. His memory was triggered and instead of reacting, his mind travelled away. It was a memory from his time as an intelligence worker for the German ministry. Albrecht and a few other men had travelled to the far reaches of Iraq in order to take down a rogue wizard. The information they knew had suggested a clean entrance and takedown, but there had been complications. A mole had entered their midst, someone working with the rogue wizard. This had allowed for traps to be sent. Upon entering the field near the location where the target was, enough of their people had been hit with muggle weaponry that their mission was over. Emery had just enough time to escape with nothing on his hands. The explosion sounds that had killed his men would always be on his mind.
xxxxxHe awoke to reality with heavy breathing and an almost panic attack. He grit his teeth and counted backwards from ten to one. His breathing slowed until he could mentally say five things he could feel, and four things he could see, and three things he could hear, two things he wanted, and one thing he tasted on his lips.
xxxxxWith his mind calmed, Emery listened to find the source of the sound and he realised it was coming from too close. He suspected most likely it was trouble makers shooting firecrackers or something of the sort. So, he quickly gathered his robes and ran outside.
xxxxxHe saw two young children shooting a cannon. With a large sigh, Emery cleared his throat loudly and cast the Sonorous Charm, making a magnified roar from the tip of his wand, hopefully disrupting the two naughty children. He then shouted, ‘Arno and Boram, yes I know who you are. While I thank you for making renovations easier, I am giving you detention. Come with me to my office thirty minutes before curfew. I have something to teach you.’ Then, he gave a wink and whisphered, ‘But I genuinely appreciate your ingenuity and desire to break walls down for others, one could say, perhaps you deserve a reward.”

Boram giggled as she felt the weight of his arm over her shoulders, her eyes followed as Arno gave an exaggerated bow. Mischief laced with his playful response and she could not help but play along, a small nod would be given as a whispered "Let's go then, m'lord.." danced beneath her breath before she resumed their innocent stroll.
What some would consider luck soon glinted beneath the sun, whose shine would be diluted by smoke.
Her smile grew as she looked at Arno, who quirked an eyebrow at her. She knew he did not like the nicknames she would give him, but oh, Merlin did she love pestering him. Some may even say it was her form of endearment to those she considered worthwhile; her cousin would know. With a playful roll of the eyes, she let her arm fall off his shoulders, unaware of what was to come.
A hissing sound caused her ears to perk, and her gaze shifted to find the source. A thundering crack as if the sky would fall and no amount of magic would be able to fix it, caused her eyes to close, and her hands moved to cover her ears. The ground shook beneath her. Boram had been standing too close to the damn cannon, and yet her mind could barely register what had happened.
Arno had fired the fucking cannon.
Her hands had done little to nothing to aid the ringing in her ears as she straightened up, blinking once... then twice... Oh shit... Her neck nearly snapped as she looked to see where the effects of their mischief landed. A sight of smoke and a missing wall as another seemed to barely hold on for dear life, "о, черт... oh hell..." There was a familiar odd feeling that ran through her, a static-like feeling that caused her heart to race and her fingers to shake mildly, it was not fear, no.
Excitement? A thrill?
Exhaling a breath she had not realized she was holding, Boram turned to look at Arno. Observing the way his signature smile slowly crept across his face, before her expression turned exuberant. Her teeth grazed her bottom lip as her smile widened, and a laugh left her. "You dork..." Boram shook her head and a small snort escaped her, "I would crack a joke but I am afraid the walls would not be able to handle more..."
Boram was not very good with puns.
Her face turned pink as she began to laugh at her attempted pun, but a hiccup cut her gleeful laughter as she heard a sudden roar. Boram's mind immediately spiraled to absurd conclusions as she would cover her mouth, muffling, "Дракон? A dragon?"
She blinked.
"No..." They would have been dead before they even heard its roar. Her eyes left Arno as soon as she heard someone shout; shoulders tense and head ducking, Boram heard their names get called by the Headmaster Albrecht. A low groan left her as the wind carried the word detention, muttering to Arno, "We are so doomed... You think we can outrun the old man?" As if on cue, the sound of a wall crumbling down echoed, causing her to cringe slightly, "Actually... detention does not sound too bad..."
Boram's shoulders sagged momentarily as she began to walk toward their Headmaster, expecting to hear a lecture. Brushing her hand against her uniform, she cleared her throat, her mind coming up with rather dumb excuses to deny their involvement in the cannon attack when he whispered. Her eyes widened as she looked up at the Headmaster, a small smile beginning to form before she paused, Now wait a minute... why would he reward us? Perhaps old man Albrecht noticed her skepticism, but she did not remark. Instead, she would glance at Arno as if to say 'Are you thinking the same thing?'
━━━━━━━━━━━━A huff escaped her, Of course there was a catch.
Her final step down the stairs would echo through the dungeon of Durmstrang, Boram's nose scrunched slightly as the damp smell reached her. Nudging Arno with her elbow, she whispered, "and here I thought he was going to reward us... What's so rewarding about a smelly dungeon?" She sighed and shook her head, "We have been played like fools... we should have tried running, Arnie.."
