Mochi
*It was just a normal day at the location. Lex had been traveling by, excited about getting their first pet. They were mainly focused on getting a ferret, as they had a rather extraordinary fascination with them, as said from their partner, Yeseong Lee.(Or, in Korea, Lee Yeseong. Yes, I got his permission to mention him in this.) It was a windy day, leaving Lex holding onto their hat as they passed by to arrive to the shop. The scent of sugar cookies and the faintest hint of a mix of scents from treats and materials around the shop welcomed them as they stepped in. They were instantly greeted by the smiles of the couple, one tall with wired glasses, a blue flannel checkered shirt, jeans, and his usual brimmed hat. The other was this woman with a beautiful floral dress. "No wonder why it smells like sugar cookies in here...", Lex thought, as they had noticed the sugar cookies around the pretty woman. She also took note to it that the woman was about an inch or two shorter than them, as Lex stood at about 5' 1/2 to 5'2. The two seemed nice, as appeared to Lex, and they were. With their money in hand, tucked away into a pocket of their black cargo jeans, they had went around the shop, making sure not to cause too much trouble, this being said as they didn't have much of a stable balance on their right leg after a good amount of damage taken to it. The incident to their legs had happened a few days ago, as they not only tripped on a tightrope, but fell down the stairs. Yeseong had been getting them by during these times, yet they had trusted they could make it through here by themselves, as or they hoped they could... Ignoring that though, as they weren't going to let it overtake their time at the shop, they went to look around. First they went to the owls. They looked around at them, their gaze lingering at one, yet they knew they should probably look around more before deciding. Next, they went to the cats. They had to admit, the Siamese cat did catch their eye, but they knew they had to keep looking. Eventually, they came to the ferrets. They watched as the cute ferret had its energy, running around the crate and knocking some things down. Going over all their choices again, they looked around again, yet after all it, their choice had gone to the ferret, as originally thought out.*
*They said, giving a bow of thanks as they explained the information, thanking the couple for the opportunity of their stay. Leaving them the money, they left, wishing the two a good rest of their day.
