How could time always be against her it seemed no matter what Kora was always running to her next class or dashing from the library. Today was no exception to this repetitive curse of hers, she ran down corridors and stairs trying to remember a quite way back to the common room she dashed into the courtyard pausing while remembering where she was and how quickly she could get to her desired destination without leaving little to no time to get back to her dorm before she was late for lunch.

After a moment she turned and started running again slower but still quickly not really paying attention to her surroundings. Why are you always late you set out ten whole minutes of extra time what went wrong the voice in her head quietly told her Kora cursed her overthinking. it was one of the first times Kora had to double back she was quite good and finding her way through that was proving to be a tricky skill in a school that changed its halls and paths.

Kora's eyes were on the ground focusing on the number of steps it took to cross the courtyard 1 2 3 4... the numbers filled her head. that is when it happened, she ran right into someone and started to tumble to the stone floor.
