Homesick
Greek is harder to write in when it's with a quill. I was glad I remembered to sneak some gel pens in.γιαγιά και παππο, δεν έχω φίλους εδώ ακόμα, αλλά έχω γνωρίσει λίγους. Είμαι στο Γκρίφιντορ, οπότε υποθέτω ότι αυτό σημαίνει ότι είμαι γενναίος, κάτι που είναι ωραίο. Πρέπει πραγματικά να μάθεις τον μπαμπά να μιλάει ελληνικά, είναι αμόρφωτος. Ελπίζω να σας ακούσω σύντομα!

I was also quite rusty, and not all of my translation were what would actually be spoken in Greece, but I hoped YiaYia and Papou would appreciate the sentiment.
Translation: Grandma and Grandpa, I don't have any friends here yet, but I've met a few. I'm in Gryffindor, so I guess that means I'm brave, which is nice. You really need to teach Dad to speak Greek, he's uneducated. I hope to hear from you soon!

All true. It was but a few months into the school year and I missed them more than anything. Oh, Papou, how I miss our lyre lessons. I sucked with a Lyre, but it was time with my Papou nonetheless. He was only fifty-five, but I felt like any moment was special.
I giggled at the last part. I feel neither had a favorite all the time, depended on the day. I sent it and sighed, every other month was enough, right? Well, at least it's helping me practice my Greek.
Mother, Father,
I miss you almost as much as Yiayia and Papou. Almost.
...I'm joking, I even miss you guys. The classes are interesting and the people are kind.
I try to see Zoe as much as I can, which is a lot, but still different. I've met some nice girls but no lasting connections -yet. I'm actually loving Hogwarts, contrary to what it sounds, it's even better than you said father. You didn't do it justice.

Graci wished she could speak it better, but she didn't have the knack for languages most people did. She spoke in what Americans would call Spanglish, but instead of Spanish it was Greek and English.
Suffice to say, she just swapped out English words with Greek words occasionally. On to mother and father's I guess.

My dearest, you know we don't have fouvourites, how dare you even suggest such a thing(me and your father are laughing about it).
We miss you too, our darling girl. Hope you make more friends!(you can't lie to me, we know you've made some and are just being dramatic.)
